  • Great info. How can I tell which type I have? And what strecthing to do? I have severe lower back pain and my hamstrings are hard as a rock.

  • @slater50 You can tell by which character you resemble most: donald duck or pink panther. DD need strengthening of the hamstrings and glutes while PP need stretching of the hamstrings :)

  • I wish I my physio had this knowledge and understanding. He has had me believing my hamstrings are the issue and need stretching. Last week I destroyed my lower back and was unable to walk foe three days. I have a lordosis posture and now realise that it's my hip flexors, abs and gluteus that need the work.

    Thank you so much for this info, I won't be spending everyday hamstring stretching anymore but will be showing this video to my physio.
