@gwmkwan They are not flashing. They appear to be doing so, because the light frequency of the LEDs is different from the camera. This happens when you film LEDs... eyes can't see that :)

Actually, dual exhausts on any 4 cyl car make no sense. They are only there for aesthetics. It's just a single exhaust with dual outlets.
