This is not so much attacking or evading Towlyn; BCS, this is to create shock value for the Assembly. You can agree that biological weapons carry a lot more shock than secret, unmarked fighters, which you can agree sounds weak and circumstantial . The object here is to not only trip him up, but to discredit him in front of the Assembly.
