I was at both the Chicago shows...and Ultraviolet was the highlight each night! The show on the 12th was the debut of the new microphone too--it was the first time it was lit up with red lights.....previously, only Bono's jacket was lit up. I love how the new mic lit up his face

Could someone please tell me what the GA procedure is for these guys. I've done it for Bruce many times where they do a lottery. Do they do one or is it just first come, first serve - in which case, I guess I'm screwed because I can't get there until late afternoon.

this info might come too late- GA is first served-even if you arrive late afternoon you may be able to get inside the ring from the rear or side of the stage-(this seems to be the consensus among fans on U2 boards). i got to the show at Giants Stadium @8pm and was able to get as close as i wanted easily- could have gotten closer had i wished.I'm interested in an optimal location for sound & vision and am willing to be further away from the stage to get better sound and see the whole production.

Despite almost losing his voice by this point in the concert, Bono somehow managed to make this song the best it could be. They should have ended here, though, because he just could not do just to the next couple songs with his voice so torn up.
