Fox bodies are cool and all, they just arent that old enough. They havent been around long enough to deserve that much recognition. Wait another 10 or 20 years.

they all had Muscle Cars back then. some just not as fast as others. some made a comeback but nothing like the 50s60s70s, after that is was econo boxes. great era for styling, now most look foreign.

I really like the 1970 mach 1 in this video. The appearance of Mach 1s in 1969 made no need for mustangs GT package by 1970 the gt models was history this included Shelby's GT models , 1970 Shelby GT models were left over 69s with renewed date stamps and hood stripes. 1971 put the Boss 351 vs Mach1 while most say the boss 351 was supreme the 429 solid-lifter Super Cobra Jet was said to be the ultimate engine. Ford's Super Boss Mustang 494 cu. engine was the fastest street car until few yrs ago.

74' Ford Gran Torino about 80% original. Tires little old, Brakes used.

The body is in great shape considering, rear Qrts are rough, Not holed out. The rest in great shape, Inter almost perfect. Gry primed. 2dr. Dual exh, Pwr steer pwr brakes. No dents. miles high.351 windsr. runs gd.

What would the price go for such a ride these day's. I'm offered money all the time. But it's low.

I was screwed out of a paint jobs$928 on 1, $800 on the next & no justice after crt.

most ford engines in that day were good but the trouble with ford in those days was the transmissons(modulator valves).i am a ford guy but i have to tell the truth.most ford transmisson would go about 40,000 miles. then we'd take 'em to aamco and they last forever.

@rogerbahakel Interesting, Mine will not squeal out from a dead stop, But has allot of pull rolling. Is it a trans problem or is that just they way they are. It's the Starsky & Hutch with a window where the stripe goes down from the top.

I've raced allot, All it does is grab on the start soon as you apply throttle. I've beaten some fast cars to in the quarter run.

GM builds cheap and there for shitty. look it up. chevy's front end doesn't even have side angle frames. the shell on them are still angle sides. "meaning no framing inside of the shell" also, the frames they build are weld filled. making the frames weaker. whereas ford has complete framing inside shell in the front and the frame was made closed. not welded. YOU JUST GOT SCHOOLED
