No TobAndeland, it is not possible to enable First Person Mode on PSone. Only works on Integral, although I have heard a rumor where if you beat the PSone version, then FPVM works on your next playthrough, turns out this was a hoax.

Oh of course, when I was about 9 my brother said that you could shoot in FPV. I was like ''huh, thats impossible'' he showed me and my mouth dropped 10 feet. Heh, sucks you had to hold down the triangle button in the PSone version.

Nope, there's only one way, and thats the way i took. Unless you use a gameshark, thats the only way.

You could use the carboard box to get automatically transported from Warhead storage to the Helipad and back. Doesn't cut the backtrack too much but it is less running. On Twin Snakes they gave you a PSG1-T just outside where you fought Psycho mantis so that cuts is down a lot.

boms ,the Boss music is "DUEL", but in the PC version, they used "Encounter" (which is the Alert music) during Boss fights.

1998, since i was 3, i grew up with this gaming series and now I've watched it die, i obtained all special weapons, the hard way, on all games and i bought a £425 console so could play MGS4.

Beat MGS1- about 25 times

MGS2- 20-ish

MGS3- 25-ish

MGS4- 12

MPO- once, terrible game, good end theme.

There's a special version of Metal Gear Solid released in Japan called "Metal Gear Solid Integral" which contains First Person Walking Mode and First Person Shooting Mode. I don't think you can use the First Person Shooting Mode outside "Integral", because I've already beaten the game twice and that didn't happened. I pressed the square button while holding the triangle button and it didn't work.

Uncompressed AVI? hmm I dont really work with AVI, my fraps recordings come out as Windows Media Player playable, and i make the videos using windows movie maker to compress it into the whole thing by splitting up some parts..sorry if this doesnt help, but i dont really know the problem

This works instantly on the PC, just follow directions in the discription of the video. Now ive heard a lot of people say you have to beat the game first to get First Person View activated on the Playstation. Ive tried doing this one the Playstation and it didnt work, and that was from a new game file, so im assuming you have to beat the game first

Equip Thermals?? i dont need thermal goggles to take her down, as you see i easly beat her w/o thermals. You must run out of rations really quick , therefor you panic when the time comes.
