@margotkd so tense, needs to use his shoulders more and focus less on power, it'll come if he's loose. and his knee should come further back on his kicks to give him more power, instead of basically swinging it up at them.. toes should be lower than your heel.
I was looking at my belts I got when I was a kid, I only made it to blue, I think my mom might have run out of money. Then I seen my uniform and noticed the patch and it said chung do kwan. I trained when I was 6 or 7 years old; I can't find out where I can find any of the people I trained with. I have been trying to teach myself muay thai
It's fun to see another Chung Do Kwan practitioner out there. You don't see a lot of folks that still do the Kuk Mu series. I just subscribed so keep the videos coming.
