  • Good streamlined position in the water. Your kick is mostly hidden behind the body and your head is in a good position at the front.

    You can see that you need to rotate more on every stroke, however. Even when you turn to breathe, your shoulders and upper body only rotate enough to allow your head to breathe.

    You can see how your hands are entering across the central body line, and then your whole arm is travelling quite wide outside the profile of the body.
