I remember that house from 38 years ago! After the santa sled went up and the lights on it turned off a spot light lit up a santa climbing the chimney. We used to go by frequently. 1st when we lived on 5th street and then after we moved to Greenwood.
We used to go sit by this house every year on Christmas Eve after visiting my grandparents who lived on 8th. Thanks for posting a little piece of my childhood! MAN I miss Wilmette!

I grew up a block from the original location. It was at 7th and Linden. We were at 7th and Central.
