One time, my morbidly gay nigger friends used to play Game Gear as preteens. After they stopped functioning when me and my morbidly gay nigger friends got into their 20s; we started using game gears as butt plugs for hardcore buttfucking gay nigger sex orgies!

I hated my game gear. The graphics were really choppy as contrast to the gameboy, and the batteries lasted about an hour. (if that) Probably the reason Nintendo won that war.

I have yet to try and repair my Game Gear. It has a problem with the caps.

Once I fix that, or perhaps before I do, I will have to pick up quite a few games on the system because there's no doubt a few gems I have missed out on.

I will look for those rare Game Gears and hopefully find one I can afford. They look really nice.

Phatphunk's vid on the white Gamegear was just as interesting as this video. If memory serves me right, he not only had one, but two white models, one of which had the case. The Gamegear was a very nicely designed durable piece of hardware. It is a great addition to any SEGA collection.

The RayEarth and Coca Cola ones look rather nice. I've seen the RayEarth one floating around but even then I can't harbour any interest to buy one. I'm happy with the standard Game Gear, and so glad to actually get it.

Very cool GGs you have there Luke! I almost bought a brand new Coca Cola GG months ago. Now I'm regretting cause it does look awesome! There are other GGs which I'm interested too.. There's the Smoke GG which is pretty rare .. and also the Yellow GG.. There was even a Cyan GG I came across on eBay which was a marketing prototype for Sega America.. That was badass!! And yup it went for almost few hundred bucks.. :(

In the US there's also the Majesco Game Gear from their 2000 re-release of the system, with a better screen (better response time), better caps I think (can anyone verify?), slightly clearer sound, and a different color scheme -- the shell is black like the Genesis, not grey; the start button is purple, not blue; and the power plug area isn't yellow, it's black like the rest of the shell. No TV Tuner support sadly.

Thanks to the hardware improvements, it's probably the best model of the system.
