@Howardtripper The diagram wasnt the wrong way round :s imaging pushing the diagram away from you and lying it flat, that would then make the neck of your guitar with the 'e' furthest away from you, this diagram is as though you're looking down flat on the neck of your guitar

This is a great tutorial but you're one fret farther than you should. Take one fret out for every note you play to achieve the actual tune.
