we had our kids apprehended all 4 of them based on 2 calls that we were DRUG ADDICTS AND DRUG DEALERS and did drusg around our children 6 months later all our drug tests clean including the hair strands done 2 weeks after the apprehension we are STILL FIGHTING to get our kids home... and all because 2 poeple who did not like us ONE OF THEM A DRUG ADDICT HERSELF made aligations to the ministry for several months as well as called the rcmp on us on several occassions,

DCFS removed my children (17mos, 3 & 4 y.o. girls) from my home 13 days ago, due to parental neglect... i'm 6 1/2 months pregnant and scared... no warrant, no paperwork... father got temp. custody at detention hearing... worker and supervisor do not return my calls... have monitored visits 2-1hr/wk... no physical abuse on record, says parental neglect... desperate to see & hold girls... *sob*... need certified monitor from dcfs, but no way of contacting dept...tried mngr, not available... lost.

@reidunanaisixtzel call the father then. He might can get them to schedule visits. They are very busy. If that doesnt work call guardian at litem office. They usually get things done if the guardian contacts the social worker. I'm a foster parent, but that's the only way I've gotten some of my kids to be able to phone their birth families or get counseling is to get the guardian in on it. Unfortunately, the guardian mine has now is very sick.

CPS need to be investigated for protracted child abuse and fraud as regards the theft of money from central Government.

Then a seriously malicious, frauulent and corrupt juidiciary which includes Attorneys and Judges need a thorough overhaul and then investigated for bothfor fraud and child kidnapping.

Following that investigation, judges who have knowingly accepted false evidence and withheld accurate evidence need to be jailed.

I am so sorry for your loss. This would never happen in Australia. That is why I choose to bring up my youngest son, whose father is an American Jew, as a single mother, far away from the barbaric CPS of the US. The secret family court harrassed me for 7 years. They wanted to force my son to visit the man who raped me 12 years ago.

They threatened me with prison. At one point I was kept in a room against my will at Stafford court in an attempt to force me to sign documents. They were threateneing me that they would take my son away if I did not sign, and I was crying and screaming for 2 hours.

I had one mother that was stressed out with her children. she had one that had dies at the time everyone thought an accidental death. the office got a call saying she had beaten her children. We investigated. The child was bruised all over. We took the child. I was taking the mother to get some counseling so that we could get her child back. She could not come out and say take my kid, because she had a crazy husband. so this is the way she was telling us. she did not know how to be a good mother and she told me so. The bad thing about.

And guess what? there were all kinda loving pictures in her house And a DCS worker can not just go out to a house and remove a kid without a just cause.
