I think its super interesting to have a men's choir singing this traditional women's song...American women's choirs have been doing it for about 20 years, why shouldn't men's groups try it? However, I hope you listened to lots of Bulgarian recordings of this song...I think it could be a little less "Western choral," a little crisper, pick up tempo, brighter tone, get those dissonances ringing.

This is a marvelous rendition, guys! I am a Bulgarian and I understood everything you were singing about. Of course, there is an accent, but you made a really GREAT job on that piece. Greetings! :)
Awesome, we had to play that at our show this year! Along with Breath of Heaven and Legend of the Sword! it rocked everyones socks off!!! YESH!!!!! ^_^

the enunciation of the bulgarian words aren't right,some words aren't the right words at all, but overall nice rendition
