The best thing to do is check your local bird rescue organization to see if they have a bird that needs a good home. The reason I say this is best is because it's usually alot cheaper than a pet store or breader and these birds really need to find a home. Max is from "TARA" a Tucson AZ Rescue organization and he and I are a good fit. Most communities have such organizations...check there first. Also do some research and know what you are getting into, Birds like these take alot of care.
My family's bird gets shy every time we catch her trying to take a bath in her water cup. =)

my bird does that! i have 2 yellow nape amazons.
and the put their head in the water launch water up and spread their wings to get their wings wet
its funny
and they sneeze afterwards
