If this was after a rainy day its possible they was living in a small pond/puddle somewhere and washed into the creek after the rains

@fishman10988 ; The day before was heavy rain, so it is possible they washed into creek. I was so worried what's going to happen to them. Crow was eating crawfish and tadpoles....

@morinoyuko yeah, that tends to happen but that is where there is so many, not all tadpoles make it to be adults sadly
@fishman10988 , I can say there were soooo many!!! Tooooo many!!!!
@morinoyuko its just an act of survival some have to make it for the next generation :P

Is it ?! I guess you're right, I hear bullfrog croak in a pond, but this place is far away from that place.
