Doctors, nurses, and health professionals will always do their best to avoid unnecessary pain and tragedy, but they are only human, and often limited by time, resources and management. Only the Rudd government acknowledged it.

Impose tax to all banks, please, which are operating in Australia!
@TheCirmos first of all read the australian constitution - the resources belong to the STATES. anyone outside of WA for instance has NO claim to the resources there.
secondly, the mining already DO pay taxes. look at what rudd wants to do - his big new tax is going to shuffle money back and forth - the companies will pay royalties to the states for instance, then the fed will give it back. then we have to subsidize failing companies.
Mr. Rudd I am a nobody , yet I know of free energy RE: Dr. Steven Greer, Prof. John Searl, you have the power to change the world money saved could be spent on Health care as there would be no polution, I know if you tried the media would destroy you over night. anyway have fun there with all your mates in the Australian government. Start getting serious about Mental Health reform and putting some detail on the big picture references to it and I'll start listening more seriously. I've heard only tokenistic references to it so far, nothing that implies any extent of serious reform. Needs to be tied into Primary Health Care for prevention before a persons condition deteriorates, affecting their family in ways you can't imagine.
@ozmhcarer The government should recognize that Mental Heath issues arise directly from the bad opinions and actions of the community. A persons mental state is an illusion and based solidly on sociological issues from the community. When will the community resolve to have a conscience and basic respect for all of its members.
@ghauff Bollocks it's an illusion. I know my sociological theory, I also know what it's like to live with someone who can be raging when in psychosis, assaulting you in their anguish. Get back to me when you've lived with a partner with a mental illness and tried to raise children with them, or had to call the police on someone close to you to have them removed to a psych ward to protect them from self harm or harming their family.
