I am convinced :) I mean I get it, you have your point. However, I'll stick to my 180lbs or so and have 5% body fat. Wish you only successes, cheers! :)
Well... let's put it straight. I've never meant to offense him and I still don't, however, I believe that forcing your body to achieve some records of power and pushing the boundaries beyond the capacity of people is... weird. In my opinion he looks horrible, I mean his figure - shape.
@anuisance to each his own i guess. we would much rather total 1800+lbs on bench, squat, and dead lift, and swing kettlebells for an hour than weigh 200lbs or so and have 5% body fat. to each his own. however, all athletic pursuits, force your body beyond its normal capacity, thats the point. to achieve goals or tasks you never have before. unless you are staying the same, which i would never want to just stay the same, contentment and mediocrity, now thats horrible!
@anuisance you need to examine your definition of obese! his body fat is below 15%. you need to look at some of his other youtube videos (search rich williams) to get a better appreciation of his athleticism, strength, and power; including those were he dominated the competion at the arnold classic grip contest, or where he set records over and over at sorinex, or where he told the NFL he didnt want to play. look up "sports center special" (7 min video with a white guy in the still shot).

Because I cannot imagine a girl who is fascinated with body like that... Moreover, I on my own would be ashamed of my obesity.
