Good on ya mate, just keep yanking and spanking everything in site, it's much healthier and funner than those cigs. You're also conditioning your self conscience to believe it's a non-smoker - I'm with you, I'll do anything to avoid the cigarettes.  Later on you might want to think about switching to a vaporizer for the other stuff, unless you're planing on giving up that too - but for now let that good herb take the cigs place completely. Mark
