cooler than what? and it isn't "there" its "they're" or "they are" so i can't see myself as being a dumb ass when your just some 12 year old with little education.
Ok dude if you can't affoard one it's a reason to tell they are overprice... Yes it's a bit expensive when you buy them but after 3-4 years you'll have made alot of money because you don't have to always change piece in you Macbook, I've work with Windows since I'm born till last year well now I can honestly say that Mac computer are alot more, Stable, Simple and fun. If you prefer windows well it's good for you but stop bitching on people who have the money to affoard a good computer.
"The first thing you might notice — or not notice — is the button. The entire trackpad is the button, so you can click anywhere. " that is straight from the apple website...
ok can someone help me out? i dont know if i got a macbook or macbook pro, im pretty sure its a normal macbook. whats the diffrence between the pro and the normal one?
I figured that person was placing the obvious screen size difference aside. They probably care a little less about dedicated graphics/higher clock speeds/addressable RAM, but FireWire IS an important and easy to spot distinction for first time buyers.
Firewire isn't "getting old", FW 800 is still the go-to interface for capturing HD video. nativeops, I believe the reason they only include FW on the MBP is because it's more of a professional interface, and more and more consumer camcorders are able to capture (or simply dump digital content) via USB 2.0. Besides, if you're using your macbook for pro audio, you should be getting a MacBook Pro anyway. I don't see how portability is an issue if its primary use is with large audio equipment.
The trackpad is like a hinge, which seems like really dumb thing on Apple's part, since it gets harder to click as you go up

why does every video that discussed pc's or mac's have an argument in the comments section..
i get that some people like mac and others prefer a pc.. but why argue about it! lol
if you like one stick to it!

Sure am, and not planning on touching one because there a waste.
They make the price so high so you think it's good and worth it, but at the end you really just wasted your money.
So I'm guessing your just a big dumb ass who thinks mac is cooler

how much did you pay for yours? Regular macbook is thinner and it has a less powerful graphics card.

If you have FireWire, it's a Pro. If you don't, it's not.

In any case, teky20k had the best answer : the little sign at the bottom that reads 'MacBook (Pro)'.

what? NO 13"?
I'LL NEVER BUY A LAPTOP THAT'S 15".
Thats huge, and clunky!
I'll also never buy a laptop without firewire. That's the most important port I use as a professional music producer/engineer.
WTF apple. ARE YOU RETARDED?
