You don't need a converter. Just export your flash animation as a QuickTime movie. It's a choice in flash. YouTube recognizes it. Good work.

This looked good on my iPod where flash is not allowed by the late Mr. Jobs. I read flash is going away to be replaced by HTML5. Adobe has a flash to HTML5 converter, but a few say it has faults.

I believe any video converter, or prism video converter would be up to the task. They are completely free by the way. Not 100 % sure they can handle SWF but I'm pretty sure they can. Hope it helps :)
