  • Excellent video,great way to show a good work out that never lets the body relax just like in the ring. I really like that push up to a crunch with the dumb bells. I'm going to add that to my work out.

    Any advice to loose 5-10kg?

    I'm training twice a week for martial arts and once at the fitness (cycling 40 minutes plus push up and sit up).

    Should i work more by round? Can i do that alone and not in a gym?

  • Actually, Converse are better for training in weights, as they don't have enough of a heel to throw off your center of balance. Most sneakers have way too much lift, and this can lead to an imbalance in your overall muscular structure, especially the posterior chain (calves, hams, glutes, lower back). I weight train barefoot, usually.

  • You guy's should try the Randy Couture Circuit Training routine. It's a good one for building muscle and muscle endurance. Try it out.

    I did the Metabolic one on Sunday using 25lb-ers. I should have started with a little less weight to get used to it, but it was pretty intense.
