  • I just have to say,I was looking for a how to vid to make sausages and i came upon this .I farmed for 16 yrs and this is incredible.He used all the pig every bit.Most ppl would not appreciate this but i do,this gentleman is a craftsman .Try and get this at your local grocery store lmao Long live the butcher and deli

  • If this video "grosses" you out, you should not be eating meat! Americans have been so desensitized about where their hamburgers and sausage come from! All they have to do is go the the grocery store and buy a neat little prepacked container of meat with a cute, pretty label on it and cook it! If most people had to raise or hunt and slaughter an animal for meat they probably wouldn't, its a shame! I love meat and it would not bother me to slaughter or raise chicken for food if I had too!

The pig had a face, Wow you don't see that over here unless you work on a kill floor at a meat packing plant.... Rear and informative!!! I would like to see more on the preperation for the pig, spice, smoking & so on?
