  • you i used to be anti-alcohol as welll until i learned that cetyl or ceteryl alcohol is actually a fat(good for your hair)...other alcohols lik butyl( or sumthin lik that) are no bueno tho :/

  • that stuff is no way cheap at all, compared to the commodity in the bottle which is way little.

  • -____- product you can't buy in stores.

  • I take vitamins for my hair. I buy my vitamins from iherb dot com. They ship worldwide. For my hair and nails: biotin (Thompson) and Horsetail grass (Nature's Way or Nature's Answer). My hair is now in very good condition and long. I have a cupon code for this site if you want order the first time: VIK284 and you have 5$ off.

For hair ends: pure avocado/jojoba/argan oil -> very good!

  • @9Vikkk9 does biotin break your face out? thomasadrianna used it and she broke out from it...

  • Your products looks good and healthy but I can't afford it.

  • I just purchased the Moisturizing Black Soap Shampoo, Shea So Real , and Shine Crave Hair Glosser which I am so excited to use.. I want to also try your Bentonite Clay. But, I'm not sure on how to use it. Could you do a tutorial on it. btw....❤'n ur hair!!!

  • 215 dislikes i honestly dont understand she's tryna help you out goodness

  • One year your a pro and give me hope!

  • u say that both of those are alot of money for moisture basically 13 dollars but ur shea yogurt hair moisturizer now is 16 dollars for 8 oz, you really jumped up on ur prices... what happened to inexpensive products?

  • I kno ur first name is Rochelle, so is your middle name Alikay?

  • ARE THESE GOOD FOR TRANSITIONING HAIR ALSO?

  • Ur hair looks healthy

  • i love love your stying pictures it looks like it works so fast. like you i have tried so many different things and see no change. so admirable you took it into you own hands. problem is, do u have any prodcuts for a poor white girl that is super struggling to rescue a terrible haircut? if i was positive it would work on fine white hair i would be all over your products ur an awesome sales woman and ur products sound GREAT.

  • love the vid! did you weave and brave your hair throughout the first year? please reply I did the BC about 4months ago

  • I checked out your website and you have some fabulous stuff on there. I can't wait to purchase some of your earrings. You are the one who inspired me to do my yarn braids so thank you for all the good tips and keep up the good work. It's good to see a young black woman become successful.

  • why so many dislikes???damn black people always gotta problem supporting other black people

  • products to grow hair sorry for my English I use the dye and my hair is completely damaged and I push them very scared but I treat them as I always prefer to have a natural look I hate weaves but right now I 'there because I'm chronically have more beautiful hair so I'd like to know sivousavez good creams for damaged hair but do not attack thank you

  • i have such damaged hair its sick. i cut my hair so it would grow back healthier and so i can start new. but having to use the same old shampoos and conditioners that im still using, yet again caused my hair to dry out and all the split ends and what not. i went back to throwing a perm in my hair because it makes my hair look nice but all the chemicals and still killing my hair. So with that being said im going to make a decision to use your products. i think it will work great. thnkx 4 sharing!

  • !!! Your little sister is BEAUTIFUL.!!! And your videos are sooo WELL ORGANIZED AND BENEFICIAL. thnx a million!

  • I can't afford any of your products :( I think I'll just stick with my good ol' shea butter and JBCO.

  • Great video! I shared this information with a friend!! Keep them coming!!

  • this sounds staged lol

  • i love ur products my hair is soft

  • I appreciate that you give us info in your videos. Helping people should never be about money. In fact, the karma of money is based on you helping people first then being rewarded afterward. There will always be people to buy your product and there will always be people who benefit from making your stuff at home. Either way you will always have what you need and others will benefit from your dedication. That's the way it should be.

  • @IrvinYoung Yeah.. In my case, I dont need to spend a lot of money to continue successful hair care.. With the help of that hair loss treatment found at the site HairLoss101. net (remove space), I dont need to go anywhere nor buy special shampoos or combs cause I can do it all at home.. :))

  • Are your products good for transitioning hair? I'm currently 6 months post relaxer and I want to use products that aren't going to make my hair break off.

  • Loooooove it

  • i love a smart sistah, good luck with your company and i plan on purchasing from you instead of the korean's. buy black and sistah love, don't hate on a sistah

  • her products? store products? who cares? the girl is smart to promote her own shit. I'm just hopin this stuff works cuz my hair is soooo effed up right now!

  • I love what your doing.....c you around

  • @artep2122...Yes Dear...I was referring to you..and NO, I didnt take the time to read ALL 10 of your comments...furthermore, there is nothing wrong with having time on your hands...you should ask yourself that same question...because I was simply stating my opinion..and you're getting defensive:)

  • I don't think I have a huge problem with the message so much as I feel like this was an infomercial. The thing is the girl has tons of people asking her for her secrets and she was wise enough to capitalize on it. I was expecting more, I guess, generic information that could be used across the board as opposed to, "my products help me grow my hair. Please purchase." Overall, she's a big help and have lovely styling tutorials!

  • OMG this was made on my birthday, it must be a sign!! :D

  • can your hair have relaxer in it when u use your product

  • 10 back-to-back comments=too much time on your hands...

  • @comose12345 Are you talking to me? So you're saying the maker of this video had too much time on her hands to make a 10 minute video. What exactly is wrong with "having time on my hands"? How many times have I seen that? Oh yea, you can't think for yourself, you just repeat what you see. If you read my comments you should have known to come with something wiser when talking to me or else...

  • Disclaimer: I do not hate black males, I love all the sensible, black males I know:): I hate the fools that dare to walk among them.

  • oh my god slow down why do you talk so fast lol but nice vid all the same

  • I really like your hair texture, your products seem interesting

  • thanx 4 da tips

  • Does your product will work for a person like me with fine thin hair that's curly and natural?

  • There are products I'm sure a lot of you used until you realized they didn't wprk for you and I'm sure you talked bad about them too when u found something better! SMH

  • I really was enjoying these videos of yours until I got to this one and noticed what I would call very harsh criticism of other company's products and even without saying why each one of yours is sooo much better. You say you have honey & sage deep conditioner but say nothing about what makes your honey and sage soooo much more natural than the so called "commercial based" products. Hope your viewers know that all honey are not equal so you need to say how natural is your "Natural" products.

  • i love ur earings jealous people fermer votre gueule bande de pute...

  • Who cares about your ear rings Get to the point .

  • Those earrings are dope!

  • I am a new follower of hers and love all your videos keep posting you have helped me on my journey.

  • Following her and she is very honest.

  • Nope not me. We. An all make our own products, but I am sure she has some good products. I name been follo

  • Anyone actually use her products?

  • hey went to u'r site to purchase a couple of u'r products but didn't because the shipping is way too expensive, if u could have more affordable shipping u will def. get more proucts sold. great video and like i said would be willing to give u my business but u have to do better on the shipping!.

  • how often do you go to the hair salon?

  • Loved the video!!! Thanks Diva!!

  • Lalalalala looveee ittt <333

  • Treatment products aid in hair growth. If you use these products constantly and take care of your body you hair can grow >____< I can account to that. I use Hair treatment oils and my hair has not been this long since I was a kid

  • @31makiahkiah When I say affect growth it includes things that are counterproductive to it as well. I did not state that products help with growth, I said the opposite. Your guarantee holds no validity seeing that you have nothing to do with her hair growth and neither does products. Products can help maintain length because some seal in moisture etc but it has nothing to do with the hairs growing out of the head. Get it? got it?! Good! I'm done. Reading is fundmental! Better yet comprehension.

  • @31makiahkiah Um, your age is irrelevant (I don't know why you thought your age would have some type of appeal) and again, it is bullshit. Using the word help suggest that these products worked as an agent in her growth, which is not the case. Products can help with factors that affect growth, like using products that moisturize and thereby promoting retention.

  • Lost me at homemaid by me

  • Lets get to it!!! Too much talking!!!

  • I love african american hair so much!!! i WISH i had hair like this, i would wear my afro natural all the time! i hate when girls straighten it cause its so beautiful natural !

  • There are NO products that can make your hair grow fast or grow period, it happens naturally. Take in account the treatment and your nutriton. This video is bullshit.

  • @bosseswearblack False information. There are some all natural/ organic product on the market that stimulate you hair follicles, which causes hair growth. Do your research before you speak negatively of someone's video that they've work hard on. Please and thank you.

  • @KaySerRei Now that was false information. Hair grows from the scalp, the follicle means nothing with the scalp, therefore wouldn't the product do something to stimulation of the scalp to "cause hair growth"? I've done my research. But to each her own. The video is a bit deceitful. Stimulation of the follicle will promote retaining of length but it does not cause the hair to grow.

  • @bosseswearblack If you believe you're right, than good luck with your beliefs, but to call someone's video that other's have found helpful or to be true bullshit is ignorant and rude.

  • @KaySerRei Oh.

  • Could I use the leave-in condtiotner in place of oil sheen?

  • I also want to say ...I live in md the blk women here(some not all ) speak forced. You speak natural not forced...which is ignorant. I guess they feel they work in retail stores so they have to force speak. Sad really.

  • @TheRew413 what does force speak mean? i'm not getting smart with you, i really just want to know. i've never heard this expression before.

  • Good vid.... I'm sorry for some of the rude stupid comments I've read on here. I just went natural so ur a big help.

  • Congrads to your hair growth !

  • whatever else on your body is ashy-looking.....haha

  • hey yr good

  • i have order ur product but i haven't see nothing no package. i order it on the 2srd September 2011 i pay $1556 .

  • Your wonderful, young queen!!!

  • @nevawrong PLEASE read a book. Your PREJUDICE is uncalled for and your assumptions are FALSE. MOST Black men date within the race, not all Black women have short hair, not all Black women wear weaves. However, White women are SO much better than us, why do they continuously try to be us? PLEASE RESPOND WITH INTELLECT!

  • Where do you get the shea yodurt moisture creme from?

  • Wow! nevawrong has some major self-esteem issues! So Sistas, he is neither a N**GG* or a B*tch, just a "man" no REAL BLACK WOMAN will take Sh*t from!

ANYHOW, Gurl I like your honesty. Keep doing you and We will keep doing Us, despite the ignorant, superficial idiots of the world!

  • You are *NOT* whitewashed

  • Sis-Star...you are beautiful shining gem! Ignore all of the ig'nant comments from all of the jealous ppl. You are "whitewashed" you are articulate!!! If more of us enunciated as well as you do, our race would be in a better place. The bottom line is, your hair is beautiful and nappy the way it should be. Moor of us women of color should come to the realization of loving SELF! I wish you all of the best for success with your product line. Peace, Love, Light, Blessings!

  • OK, I JUST CHECKED OUT YOUR SITE AND YOU IN BUSINESS GIRL! I'M BASED IN THE UK AND JUST BOUGHT YOUR HONEY(MY HAIR LOVES HONEY) AND SAGE DEEP CONDITIONER. NEW SHINE CRAVE HAIR GLOSSER, MOISTURE RICH HAIR PARFAIT, AND WAKE ME UP CURL REFRESHER. Can't wait to receive and thanks for helping us sistas out! I didn't buy any shampoo because i got that 1 on lock here in the uk. Chow 4 now

  • Hi there. I relaxed my hair again after 7 years break and i must say that it was not until recently that i gained rapid growth whilst natural. But i wasn't stressed. Anyways, i got sick of my boring natural hair so relaxed it and i messed up. I'm just 9 weeks in and my hair is suffering from very slight breakage already so i am transitioning again and just can't wait to grow my hair back so your channel was very beneficial to me thanks. Take care

  • omg you vided on my birthday

  • @betthany21g that's my bday too lol

  • omg you videod on my birthday

  • @NapturalJas You said it right when you said FAKE Christians...fake Christians do not = real ones and many talk the talk but few actually walk the walk. All Christians are not alike just like all black, white, brown.....whatever people are not either. People should just focus on how they can walk closer with God...and not how everyone else should.....the world would be a better place. Just because she has the name Jesus in her name does not mean that she knows Him personally.

  • I absolutely love your hair!!! I appreciate your dedication to developing & creating your own hair care line, but, I'd really appreciate if you'd divulge each of the ingredients that's inside of your products for I'm very conscious of what I consume and place on my hair and body...

  • @TheLadyOf2011 -- so true! when i was yougner, i was made fun of for that, too. i've never understood it.

  • @nevawrong What type of pills are you forcing yourself to take for that ignorant thought to come across your sick ass mind!!! You have no life for you to sit at home, I'm sorry, to sit at the motel, log on YouTube, type in black hair care, just to say those harmful words. It is black men like you that bring us black women down. I walk with my head high because I am Gods child and thank him for placing me in the most beautiful, powerful, educated, race on earth!!

  • @nevawrong you honestly needto change your user name because you are defintly wrong about this particular situation. Black women are the most beautiful wemon on this planet and any other planet in space. I've seen white people dread their hair, Asian women trying to nap there hair up, and Latino women are basically black you stupid low life funky mo-town bitch!!! When you see a black women, with natural hair at that, you just see the queen that she is.

  • love your speaking voice, this video is so inspiring

  • how do i get my hands on her products

  • less talking get straight to the point

  • STAY IN THE KITCHEN

  • HEY CAN YOU TELL ME WHERE CAN I PURCHASE THE SHEA YOGURT MOISTURIZER???

  • I think I have a crush on Alikay. She is beautiful, i love a natural woman

  • what hair type are you?

  • I am natural and I just purchased you entire collection... the one for $155.... I cant wait to get it in the mail... Ive been looking for all natural hair products for the longest... and one with a good price!!!!!

  • Dang I use that mayonnaise, time to make some changes.

  • @TheCameroonianGirl15 does mayo work

  • @Dora7840 Its okay I guess but i need to try new leave ins. I ve been using it for a long time and i didnt realize of these long chemicals in the ingredients until recently.

  • @ nevawrong get a life n eat a dick hater

  • This is to nevawrong, but I hate to be the one to burst your little bubble about beautiful black women. Obviously you have been to Bermuda or any other Island that when Samuel L Jackson had to tell the stars that when you go to Bermuda take your wives because that Island has the most beautiful black women. As for you Alikay you keep doing what you are doing you products are great , and i just placed an order for my best friend. Wonderful product 5 stars and 2 thumbs up.

  • thank you girl!

  • @nevawrong.. if u dont like it...why are you here? lol..lol

  • I love, love, love you, keep doing you, and keep healing/helping your sisters and brothers get back to natural beauty......

  • Check out our natural laxer at chacoal.com!

  • I have a question: I am using Moroccan oil products(shampoo and conditioner)...do you think that is ok to use cuz it seem to help my hair alot with the frizz and all?????!!

  • @Mizk33H If the products that you're using are working well for your hair I'd suggest that you continue to use them. I Love BlackOnyx very much, but, she's a business woman, so it's in her best interest to promote her products as being the best thing since sliced bread,LOL. what I do is apply the knowledge & techniques that she's so gracious enough to inform us with in conjunction with my favorite hair care products,

  • my edeges are almost gone...anyt ips on growing them???

  • @NEVAWRONG: WHAT AN IGNORAMUS YOU ARE!! SMDH.

  • Your beautiful and I love your hair.

  • most Black women's facial features are not that attractive,

there noses are to big for a woman to have

  • @nevawrong and white bitches have Lay's potato chip thin lips...but who's pointing that out????

  • @MisSc0c0nuTTb0oTy

i agree, but i will say that i would rather have a woman with thin lips, than to have a big masculin manly lookin nose, with big nostrals.

& thats what 80% of Black women have on there faces

  • @nevawrong UR SOOOOOOO SAD......GET A LIFE!!!!

  • @carolfromnw10

sorry, thats my personal opinion, & that is the opinion of probably the majority of Men on the planet.

im not neccessarily sayin that "BLACK WOMEN ARE UGLY", but i am sayin that on average & in general Black Women are the least attractive outta all other races of Women.

White, Latina & Asian have a higher % of Beautiful Women than Black Women have in there race.

& not just the Noses, but its also the Natural Nappy Hair that Black Women unfortunately have that makes them less

  • @nevawrong -For the life of me, I can't understand why you felt you had to come on here to dog out black women the way you have. If black women as you say are so unattractive, why is it that the white race work so hard and spend 100's at being darker skinned and fuller lipped? Doesn't that tell 'YOU' something. All women are beautiful no matter what race. You've been totally disrespect the black race.

  • @nevawrong You also said that men of other races have a higher percentage of attractive men than black men.... see how easy I can expose your stupidity? You are a brainwashed cow by the media... I could tell you any crap and get you to believe it. Proof: there are more unattractive PEOPLE than not. The media (white owned) obviously will push that they are the best: that's what they do: Lesson # don't care.

  • @nevawrong So the noses of you stupid black boys and the untamed hair makes you VERY attractive <-- All your words. See? That's not my opinion by the way - most of what I said is FACT. The only reason by black scum boys like you don't hear it is because women are notoriously nicer to boys than the other way around, but if you were to hear what women actually think of you.... By the way, list some of these "attractive" black men you think of.

  • @nevawrong I also would not want a man with humongous noses (already spoke about) and such an ugly scumbag like you and your fellow dirt mats. Please learn another percentage. Whenever a stupid idiot like you have some lie to spew about black women, you always use 80. I'm sorry this is all your mommy told you but you need to learn more.

You are an imbecile to think that we will take this crap forever. Believe me, a thunderstorm is coming your way very soon. We are not the women that will[contd]

  • @nevawrong crouch in a corner and take crap from dumb fools, so be ready when you get what you deserve!

Finally, GO SCREW YOURSELF with some large object hard in your stinking anus until you bleed. NO intelligent woman cares what your dumb, rotten, ugly, self-hating, scum of the earth, nasty, knotty-haired, useless, filthy, poor-minded, uneducated, criminal little butt thinks. I told you off because I WILL rip apart EVERY black idiot boy who DARES try to insult me!

  • @nevawrong For you to be so unnattracted to black women you like watching black women and their hair care....Id rather have a big snot locker than potato chip thin lips, a long flat ass, pale milk skin, have to throw up at least 3 times a day to maintain a "sexy" figure and have to pay 2 to 3 thousand on tits to be considered..."HOT" and thats 90% of white bitches and their anatomy...

  • @MisSc0c0nuTTb0oTy

i came on this video just to see the explanation of why 90% of Black Women cant grow long beautiful hair like White, Asian & Latinas have

i was hoping that this girl in the video can give u Black women tips on yalls hair, so yall can stop wearing all those ugly lookin weaves & wigs all the time

thats 1 of the reasons why a large % of Black men date outside there race, its because Black men would love to run there fingers thru a woman's hair

u cant do that with BLk. WOMAN

  • @nevawrong I see u truly feel u are "nevawrong" so your dumb ass gone sit and watch a 10:24 video on black hair care to learn why everyone is DIFFERENT? Black women may not have the best hair.........But bitch if I cant achieve I weave it...and try runnin ya fingers through some Remy and bitch you will believe it! They also say we dont have the best skin color but yet white people want tans to become "brown" STOP HATIN YOU "slightly" RACIST BITCH!

  • @nevawrong OMG you are a black man talkin this shit??? Nigga ya mama and grandmama and great grandmama hair nappy than a bitch too! You are a poor excuse of a black man....soooooo you tryna dog black women because you tryna get a white bitch? SAD...and your poor mama needs to give you a ol fashioned joe jackson ass whoopin...WOW....

  • @nevawrong and thats the same reason black women like dating white/latino men. I LOOOVE running my fingers the thru a white or latino man's hair...instead of YALLS nappy taco meat hair. F you dude. you're ll sorts of ignorant. kill yourself.

  • @nevawrong Black women (see Kimmaytube etc) have EDUCATED themselves on how to grow LONG, natural hair. The only reason why it is not as widespread now is because this is Youtube, it has recently started and the older generation and those who do not know this medium are left out. However in a few years the older generation will be gone, the educated will have children that know... figure out the rest. However, black scum boys like you sat on your dumb, unintelligent behind and complained[contd]

  • @nevawrong [cont'd]While the black, INTELLIGENT women learned how to grow long hair. YOU couldn't figure it out because you HAVE NO INTELLIGENCE. I teach and black girls OUTPERFORM black boys at all levels. Lesson #2: If you're at the bottom of the ladder of knowledge, do not make it so apparent to the WORLD. It is clear that you did not even finish kindergarten, as you do not know the difference between "their" and "there". Pick up a book instead of shaming yourself and your puny brain.

  • @nevawrong Therefore, from what I proved before, it stands to reason that black boys like you have the knottiest hair ever. By the way, look around - who do you see walking around with their tresses, uncombed and untamed? Oh, that's right - black scum boys like YOU! You think black women do not want nice hair to run their hands through? I do, idiot. Lesson #3: Stop embarrassing yourself. Everything you say is making you look bad. Users Chime and longhairdontcare2011 etc have hair that I [contd]

  • @nevawrong [cont'd] can run my hands through - and so it shall be in a few years - ALL by the knowledge of black women. So your last sentence was WRONG, exposing your elephantine idiocy once again.

This is the most important. I already said that by nature women are more attractive than men, so this is what you are saying about yourself: You are the ugliest, nastiest, most undesirable cretin that ever lived since you hope that black women are least attractive. Understand?

  • @nevawrong thats your opinion and i don't have any problems with that. but why the hell do you feel like you have to post this here? is it so imprtant to you that she knows how unattractive you find her?! seriously, get a life!

  • @nevawrong Let's say it all together class. What is this man? AN UNCLE TOM!! Very good class. And what trait is he displaying class? SELF HATE AND IGNORANCE!! What a smart group. Let's all pray for this man that feels the need to disrespect his very own mother, grandmother, and those that come before them.

  • @nevawrong I have many things to say to you that are not going to be nice. Black men have bigger noses in general than black women so you are saying that that makes you ugly. Women are more beautiful in general than men BY NATURE so you are saying that you are ugly. Therefore, lesson #1 :Whenever you have an insult, make sure it does not make you look like the biggest idiot on earth, which you did. FAIL for you #1.

  • I love your hair, philosophy and jewelry! Are the products good for caucasian hair?

  • Great video .. like

  • I get what your saying but again not all products work for every single hair type cause i use garnier fruitis and it works for me and my hair gros alot from that soo yeah.

  • my ass thats fast

  • I really want to try your prouducts, but theyre not exactly affordable like you say they are. As of today, (8/23/2011), your leave-in-conditioner is almost $20.....

I don't think some of us can afford to spend that much on one product.

  • her earrings r dope!!!

  • Love the video need to try the products like bad. . . My hair needs it -_-

  • Thanks for teaching me your hair tips,I did the big chop may 2010 now august of 2011 my hair grew alot but, over time it became difficult to manage my hair I had to relax it Yes, i did but, i would only do it every six months instead evey month like i use too before going natural but i, still consider myself a natural girl.God Bless

  • I love your hair, congrats on your hair products ,jewerly ect. Keep doing you! I'm praying for the continued success of your business. Thanks for sharing the video

  • where u bought ur puff!u you sell it il buy it.

  • @Sallylee433 thanks sally honestly were all we have!!! if we all stick together when were are trying to be successful we all would be in much better situation but instead SADLY folks love to see others stay down.. So when ever i can i give my love and support to anyone who steps out side of the box to help others as well as their self ill do it ;)

  • SO WHAT GIRL DO YOU AND PEOPLE TALK ABOUT WELL KNOW BRANDS ALL THE TIME AND RUN TO GET IT THIS IS YOUR PAGE PUSH YOUR PRODUCTS IF IT HELPS ;) I dont know you but im proud of you ill have to check out your site xoxo

  • @KinkyBeautiful IKR! she made it herself

  • i would love to go natural, its just that i am terrified to cut my hair and my hair is naturally really tough so it would be even harder to manage

  • @teareefs

there are ways around the 'tough' hair, comb/style when wet only. simples. use coconut oil daily, this also changes texture, as well as combing techniques, be very gentle :)

you should deffo take away the relaxer

i would love to see your progress too! if you do, keep us updated :D

  • @teareefs Don't be afraid to go for it! You'll be amazed at how wonderful your hair will feel and look once you learn how to really care for it. Unfortunately, most of us just don't know what's good for our hair, and the hair care industry makes $ selling stuff that damages hair and makes us dependent on their products. The best things for your hair come from nature--water, coconut oil, shea butter, aloe vera, vegetable glycerin. Use info from YouTubers and ask questions.

  • @teareefs Trust me, most of us think that our hair is more difficult and less manageable than other people's. But you are guaranteed to find people with textures similar to yours who are very successful in achieving healthy natural hair. Natural hair YouTube videos, blogs and websites have be invaluable to me. I've been natural for many years, but I now know more than I ever have about getting and keeping my hair healthy, strong, shiny and creating great styles. Have fun and good luck!
