Hm. Well. you have to have the MG to get there.

Most people don't WANT to have the MG at that point. I'd sugjest putting an NPC nearby, asking if you want to swap something (bubbler?) for the MG to get there. Or just make stairs.

well i was able to it was pretty easy

Too bad its only catered to machine gun users, which is generally a bad idea to limit locations based on gun preference

He possibly got it bundled with CaveStory Deluxe, or he somehow found it seperate
