those all have different hardware. if you boot a slow os on a fast pc and a fast os on a slow pc it will affect the outcome. You cant really judge anything based off this video. Unix Systems are pretty much the iron lung for old computers.

Plenty of problems with this. One: You used different systems with different specs for startup time comparison. You also had an unclean install on two of them, as well as loading loads of startups onto Vista. I appreciate your absolute interest in how fast your OS boots, but this "comparison" is misleading and unrealistic.
