Just remember there was no OFFICIAL truce, and there was still fighting in WW1 that day. It really depended where you were stationed, the story of the "truce" is really interesting though
@thegoldfly1 Yes that is correct.In fact the soldiers who participated in the Christmas Truce were threatened with a court martal if they did'nt go back to fighting.Most of the men from both sides who participated were moved off the front lines because they lost they're will to fight and kill the men they had just celebrated Christmas with.
