I only like it, because it has the SD card and you can upload songs from your CDs or dowloads and play the music like an ipod. You can also have a wireless Internet which is also great. The extremely best part is, in the Nintendo EShop, you DO NOT have to sign up for APPs to join (like credit card or paypal).. So you just click "download app" and there ya go. Only the ones for free. So yeah. I love Eshop Nintendo 3DS

I'm sorry, but saying that actual portable systems going out because of the apps for Ipods, Iphones, etc... was one of the most ignorant things ever. Sure the games are more expensive, but you get much more unique, story deep, and enriching gameplay from games like Mario and the Legend of Zelda. I would rather pay the fifty bucks for LoZ OoT 3D that pay 2$ for a game like angry birds. In the end, Zelda is just a over all better game. I guess ignorance really is bliss.

Fully respect your opinion. I play games on my iPhone aswell, but it's not the same as playing on a handheld console with sticks and buttons. Only a touchscreen is not good for more serious gaming at least. I understand that if you're only after Angry Birds, of course you shouldn't buy a 3DS. But if you want more to portable gaming than just some simple toilet games, then Vita and/or 3DS is the way to go.

I do have a 3DS, and I think it is pretty good. I have Mario Kart 7 and Super Mario 3D Land. Both games have great 3D effects and gaming is very good. I would not compare it to a phone, though. That moment was pretty dumb. A app on a phone doesn't have graphics and visuals, while handheld consoles do. And I know because I used to share my sister's DS Lite, I have a 3DS, a DSI and a Wii. I think the Wii is the best, but there all very very great!
