@AL3Xmotodude Europa. Still, that is impressive given how poorly the season started out for them. Actually, Arsenal will need to win a playoff to make it in. City finished the season very strongly...Won the FA CUP and their last couple league games. Liverpool is going to be good next year, with Suarez, Carroll, and Gerrard all healthy. Especially if MAXI keeps playing as well as he has been and Meireles repeats what he did this year. Liverpool could easily win the league next year

I believe they can top the league next season, if Daglish plays his cards right just like he had done during this great comeback. It's funny how Torres gets transferred to Chelsea and he's doing shit all there, yet Liverpool improved greatly.

@AL3Xmotodude Yeah what happened with Torres happens with a lot of great players...In soccer and basketball especially. Gerrard and Torres are widely considered to be the core of the team, at least offensively. Gerrard was injured and Liverpool was underachieving and losing games. Soccer is such a TEAM GAME, and one player on their own can never carry a team. When things aren't going well for players used to having great success it is really tough mentally. Torres is still a great player

He has won everywhere that he has been, and obviously has has strong ties (a personal emotional investment) to the club as both a player and a manager. I fully expect them to AT LEAST garner a top 4 finish next year, and get back into the Champions League. The EPL is tough though. There are no guarantees...Really, other than West Ham, Birmingham, and Wolves...Every team I saw this season was competitive, incl. Blackpool

Only others I can think of are Kaka, Cristiano, Lampard, and maybe Essien. Wesley Sneijder is underrated by a lot of people. People will recognize he is a good player, but he is much better than people think. Great vision, doesn't lose the ball easily, and a great finisher also
