@hcgmomof3 Hey there! Went pretty well, I think. I mean, maybe. LOL. I'm still at 185 as of this morning, down my original 15+ pounds before my first HCG round. I didn't end up trying the injections, but I'm going to try them in the next round which is due in one week or so. A co-worker is willing to try HCG for the first time, and I have agreed to join her as inspirational support. Stay tuned for more details. Hope all is well for you! :)

OMG Curtis- 8lbs is actually not bad at all- I would have gained 20 I'm sure. Good luck on round 2. I will be starting in a couple weeks myself- June 1st I believe. Those 8lbs will melt off fast I'm sure. Oh and- grow a pair LOL cause it really is easy. I just might do a "LIVE" injection just for you ;-) I inject in my big fat belly LOL.

8lbs? uh oh... yeah it must be hard when youre on vacation. you should have just hit the gym real hard while you were on vacation and burn off those extra calories. I'm sure you know youre suppose to be +- 2lbs. But hey, shit happens. Do the injections its not bad at all, do it on your quad it's not bad. also do you have any extra hcg? I may need to buy one more if you can spare it.

I like the injections because I get it over first thing in the morning & it is fast and easy. Glad ur back!!

Hi, So u dint fall off the ship, just fell over board a bit. That weight will drop so fast once back on the 500 cal. Oh here's my trick for injections, I find the thighs r a good place for them. What I do is pinch/squeeze my skin real hard and inject at an angle in the middle and u don't even feel a thing. Keep us posted.

Good luck. I was going to do sublingual and wrote down mamaclok's instructions but after seeing how easy it was for the injections I figured ...why not?.... But you have to do what is most comfortable for you. Imagine mixing for injections only to find it it isn't for you. hmmm, now what to do with the rest of the hcg? I've had shots with needles and I'm so not afraid anymore. Hey, I'm so happy you didn't beng. Awesome will power.

Ha ha! I totally know what you mean. I think it's just getting over the first one. I haven't done them either.

Those 8 pounds will come off quickly! Glad you had fun on your vacation!
