I get real life portion in my.. real life, so please leave stuff that lets you feel something you are not in the game. Something WoW has done. @killme h2 is ton's to pick from in the game if you wish to rather do that . and yes i play battlegrounds and kill epic's im not into playing with my house all day but some do and thats cool . im more into other things is a very large game with plenty to do . if like wow so much play it and have a good day . it's still rpg training wheels and that's not a bad thing it makes more rpger's .

@killmeh2 I love decorating my EQ2 house O_O! But then again, I am a carpenter... Sooooo, I like to put the stuff I make in my house. Plus I have like a million pieces of furniture that I have gotten from quests. I'm glad they expanded the houses. I was running out of space!

@Irakli1981 512 is nowhere near enough ram to run eq2, sadly. You should have a minimum of 1.5gigs if you're running XP, 2 gigs if you have vista / 7. The GFX card and CPU are much more crucial though. When I played about a year ago, I ran balanced settings with an nvidia 9800 gtx+ 512mb, AMD 2.5 ghz dual core, and 3 gigs ram on vista.

this game is written so bad total FPS killer for no fucking reason i have OCed 2GB 5870 and i drop to 24FPS on all high settings and it really doesnt look very good for using that much power my asus laptop has mobility 5870 and i drop to 9 FPS on there at max the people who made this game are old school writter and have been pasted up by better engines that use resourced properly and if you blame it on my Processor i have i7-920 and i7-720

No offence but I couldn't force myself to watch this review.... It was soooooo slow-paced. Not complaining and this kind of review is not the same as the ones I prefer so it's just my opinion but, sound more exciting and make it more fast-paced. It would make these 10 minutes worth watching. It's a real long video so it needs to be funnier to listen to.

Anyways, this is a matter of opinion and you did good nonetheless.

Everquest 2 rocks, I just ordered the new expansion, Sentinel's Fate, Im getting back into this game before i go off to basic training. But this game i found to be better then WOW just because there is far more to do. But if your really into WOW you will have trouble gettin into the fun and adventureful world of everquest just because there is far more to learn then just grind to lvl 80 and hack and slash everything. NEVER ENDING FUN in Everquest 2

for very high.. I have a 2.5ghz dual core, 2gb of ram, and a 250 gts. shouldn't that be able to run the highest? Also I'm like level 5 in the trial, the UI seems a bit, weird so far, and I'm confused as hell, does it get more fun and easier?

I like the UI, it's very customizeable, So if it dosen't work for you, you can easily customize it to your needs and preferences. I would reccomend 3gigs of ram and a t least 3.0 dual core or 4.0 quad core. along with a high-end graphics card to play on ultra-high smoothly.

IggyZadr is right. his camera hase terrible quality. EQ2's graphics are off the chain and they actually look realistic and not cartoony...dont get me wrong, i play wow to, but i think EQ2 is way better, so much more things to do in EQ plus, heres some advice for anyone who doesnt know. bestbuy carries EQ 2 and all the expansions for 20 bucks and you get 2 months free =)

@1337one1 He has it turned down, you need around 3 GiG and a very good graphics card to play EQ2 on the highest setting, compared to WoWs 1 gig.

pay to play, lots of updates, the old version was dubbed "evercrack" because of the ever so famous "omgizaddicted" stories...so yah it can be addicting in the right hands probably...

As far as space...a couple gig...and I found it pretty fun when I played but no pvp really bummed me out so I quit though I'm thinking of getting back into it.

The game is good. I never got that into WoW, I got to level 48 as a paladin on EQ2. I love the world/Character design. It does lack some things that make it interesting. It becomes the same grind from 10-20-30-40. Most of my friends stop playing by lvl 20 when it was harder to level when it first came out.

Check out the trial though. I'd give it a 7.5, but im an FPS kinda guy. GL HF

If I were to choose between WAR and EQ2 I would definetaly go with EQ2 but that's your choice. If you want to buy EQ2, simply google Sony Station Online, go to the website and apply for a trial for EQ2 it lasts 14 days, if you like it you can open up the game and hit the Subscribe button it costs 14,99 US Dollar, Then you can continue playing the game for another 30 days, any questions; Just message me.

I stopped playing it actually, It's definetaly a Hardcore MMORPG. I love the graphics and the animations, crafting and housing it's really good but there's a couple of things I don't like about it..some of it being the very stupid flying carpets... look's ridicolous... Just my opinion tho.
