  • I am 4th Dan and must compliment this well executed pattern. I love this pattern and practice it weekly. This video is a testament to the wonderful art of Tae Kwon Do. Very well done.

  • pretty god dam awesome

  • this is real moon moo black belt pattern right?ITF TKD right?= = WTF TKD like change the original pattern(example chon-ji pattern)

  • @debingkas91 Yes. WTF patterns are different than the ITF ones. I still dislike WTF a bit. Maybe because I'm an ITF student :)

  • im only a 1st degree testing for my 2nd but my goal is to become an amazing role model for everyone at my teakwon do school thank you for putting this video on youtube

  • very inspiring ms prone, i am a 2nd dan, who enjoys doing patterns, when i get bored doing patterns from saju jirugi to juche.....i like to do moon moo, i know its not my pattern so i use it as a focus and strengthening exercise and it is very gracefull and challenging.nz

  • Controle de perna sensacional

  • Muito Bom.

  • LOL.

    This pattern has 48 movements.

  • @AngusLin456789 Correction - 68 movements.

  • She is a 6th Dan in the ITF under GM Choi Jung Hwa

  • I'm a first dan in traditional ITF TKD (no sinewave) and have to give whoever this is a compliment. I learned howto do MoonMoo from watching this video hundreds of times and i have to say that yourtechnique is exceptional. Ilovehow inthe begining of the pattern your foot and arm paralell w/ each other for the lockout sidekicks. No other preformer that ihave seen hasdone this and i believe thatit makes thattechnique look muchbetter. I myselfhave begundoing it andit has made mypatternlook better.

  • if you are in 1st Dan you shouldn't have learned this, this is 4tf Dan Tul.

  • It's called exceeding expectaions. Remember if your not ahead your a behind

  • @Suasta

Rank shouldn't constrain what katas one can learn. If an individual wishes to learn a particular kata, that happens to be taught at a later stage, nothing is stopping him/her. However, that person will need to learn the kata on their own, because any respectable instructor won't teach a student material that they are not yet qualified to learn in that system. It may also be considered disrespectful to perform the kata within your studio, but that doesn't apply to outside training.

  • laides and gentleman...mrs Noemi Prone...

  • The performance of this pattern is as an example for people to learn from and was overseen by Gen. Choi so its not really open to opinion

  • Very nice, i'm impressed :) great balance!

  • That was an outstanding job on that form

  • This is my favourite Tul by far and this is a perfect performance of it. Just incase anyone is interested, this was performed by Noemi Prone VI from argentina. She was considered by Gen. Choi as his adopted daughter.

  • how did you find that out?

  • WOW!

I wish I was that good!

  • Great,, said Moon Moo to fast at the end,, but great

    This is my favourite Tul

  • inspiring

  • girl or guy.look just the same

  • look great.

  • I love ITF forms... espceially this one.

  • yeah...literally beautiful...yet has nothing with a real fight. Choreography.

  • the purpose of patterns is not to simulate fighting or anything og the sort. Their purpose is to build muscular strength, muscular memory, and other skills, which in this pattern would be balance (which happens to be an extreamly important skill for a TKD pratcitioner to have considering all of the extreamly diffucult kicks involved

  • This is beautiful. You are fantastic, Moon Moo is one of my favourite patterns to watch!!! Its so beautiful!
