you are so awesome! I'd love to see some more isolation variations! (not dubstep btw, that was electro-house! not dubstep! dubstep is a lot slower and simplified sometimes a subtle womp can be mistaken for dubstep :P )

I'm trying to learn a move similar to this, but instead of whipping it forward, you whip it backwards. :l I can't seem to find a tutorial on how to do that one, though. There's so many different names for each hoop trick, it's hard to find specific isolation tricks on here.
