I find the quality of the relationship, emerging after the heart attack and the realization that they are individually the most important thing in each other's lives, to be so much more compelling. They have grown up, seem to really understand what is important, and the storylines that can be built around them, as real adults, can be very interesting, entertaining and educating..... I am excited for all of the interested viewers - past, present and future
i was also confused about this passionate kissing that cause the heart attack of christian, what have they done in the hospital when ollie visit him and they kissed and hug and whatever didn't have any effect to christian's condition, why now?
that's where logic and realism fall down ... Daniel told C that his heart can stop at a rate of 130p. i don't think a kiss will kill that little boy. I just feel sorry for Olli 'cause he has to go through the whole shitty thing as well
@tutter555 It was not a heart attack - it was a panic attack, which can be caused by anything. In this case, it is probably the accumulation of stress over what had happened over the past few days, including the coronary and the realization of the limitations going forward. Once he feels he has control of his life again, the chance of a panic attach will be minimal and then, well............... back in business

Chris finally has a "new Gregor" to call him on his behavior, Jessica is back to her greedy self centered self, and the writers are addressing a life changing health condition in a realistic way. My partner is facing some of the same challenges for a different reason and I do my best to support without smothering.
@sabinasabina2010 lol when Oli says "what's going on here" 09:19 I thought it was coming from the watch/monitor thing then I realised that it was Oli himself. Was Christian even wearing that watch when he got sprayed in the eyes by Kim. If so he needs to get a refund as his heart must have been going at the speed of sound & the monitor never commented.
I personally prefer seeing Olli naked .. he looks sexier without clothes .. unlike Christian ( who doesn't have abs at all ) .. I think he can console himself with being stylish . But i never concern myself with that.

Chris/Thore really wears blue great as we all know, and I think Olli/Jo looks great in purple and green. Shallowness aside, they both are really beautiful souls giving their all to portray this unique and world famous love story.

I hate to see people blame writers because without them a wonderful love story like this would have never happened!! I mean, if you want the storyline to be the way you wanted you should have written your own storyline! :P But I truly respect the writers and whoever made this storyline a reality!

All you people hoping to convince the writers to have Chrolli do a passionate kiss, need to remember that these episodes are filmed at least a month in advance. Whatever is going to happen in the near future has already been written and filmed.
At first i got the gay-guy-in-the-closet vibe from Frank, but by the end, i'm pretty sure he just wants to help Christian see a brighter side to his disease and help him come to terms with it :)

Yes, I too am in love with Jo's eyes, so much so that I think about him everyday. What you observed at 10:44 is the lust, passion and love Olli feels for Christian, and the gratitude I'm sure he feels that his beloved is alive. His lust is so palpable that my monitor is melting! @ClaRa124100 Thank you, thank you, thank you!!! It seems so ridiculous to pick apart every tiny gesture. I'm not surprised that the ones who are doing that are missing the chemistry. They are too busy watching for any slip or mistake to enjoy the beauty of these episodes. Episode 157 where they spent the night in the hospital together may not have been as hot as the strawberry scene but it was just as beautiful, if not more! Then they do get a hot scene and it is criticized as well!
Overall, I enjoyed this episode. I do wish that Chris would show his old emotional vulnerability toward Oliver as he has in the past. But I did enjoy their domestication--it was happy.
@WraithCake8 You didn't see it when he was trying desperately to get Olli back, the pain in his eyes watching him with Rafael? That was only a couple of weeks ago and I saw it more then than I have in their entire relationship. He needed no words, everything was in his face. His vulnerability in those episodes was what made it actually painful for me to watch. He doesn't show the same kind now because he has Olli back but we see it every day with his adjustment to his new lifestyle.
@TheKayla943 As I've said before, 1/ I don't think there will be one, and if there is it will very quick and out of focus. 2/Yes, I must say the boys are lookin' beut!! Especially Jo--handsome devil!! 3/If I thought the chemistry was really back, I'd be all over Christian's gooey sentiments. But right now it looks to me, (IMO) that he's just mailing in his lines. My cynicism doesn't mean I don't hope I'm wrong.
@everettb100 Although I do think the chemistry is missing, coming from Christian it seems like he's constantly holding back (not the case with Oliver who wants to each Chris up). As I've said before, I am completely fine without there being any sex scenes. This is my opinion, and based on the number of people who have enjoyed these last few episodes, the erotic scenes are not necessary for creating a good romantic story.

I think it's interesting that a number of posters have thought the inspector was checking out Chris or Oli. It's a point of view for sure! Personally, I think that might be a little obvious: every attractive male Chris or Oli come across can't be considered possible dating material, otherwise that would be a negative stereotype: gay men will go for any guy. Though considering Jessica's presence, I suppose anything is possible here. What I think is, he'll be more like a Gregor character to Chris.

First, thanks May for all your hard job; second I can't believe there's someone who saw malice in Frank's attitude at NL. He was clearly referring to O because he understood C hurt his feelings and asking about the next day just because he wanted to know if C had resolved all his doubts about the Nordic walking. They don't kiss in this episode but in the one aired on Friday, you can see they don't have problems to do that.I'd like people don't see problems where problems are NOT. Enjoy the show!
while watching this soap , always the first impression taken of the characters tends to be true. My first impression of Frank is that he is one hell of a nice guy. Who knows , maybe he'll disappear in the next episodes just the way many other characters did . I just hope that he'll take Jessica with him

Wth, nordic walking aint that bad! I did that a few years ago and it is a) quite fun when you forget how funny you look and b) trains your whole body. And by the way, the group consisted of people from 21 to 60-something, not just the old and sick.

Stunned at Jessica's selfishness taking the step machine away from a man who's had a heart attack and trying to exercise because he wouldn't pay for it. And no it wasn't at all funny. Hopefully Olli will wake up to the fact that his BFF is an unrepentant bitch and he'll finally boot her out of the flatshare. Loved the breakfast scene at the end where Christian took responsibility for his condition and Olli admitted he'd over reacted. Shows how much they've both grown.

Before, it seemed natural, which is what I believe us fans loved because it appeared BELIEVABLE! Now it's like little pecks, like they're kissing their aunt, with the exception of the scene in the couch where it looked like the old Chrolli. I'm glad I'm not the only one noticing this. I know if my lover came back to me from the dead, I would love him, albeit gently!
Man, all thos Nordic walking is very amusing all it looks like is a walking version of skiing, including the sticks. not sure why they need those ridiculous stick, but they would come in handy if someone tried to mug you in broad daylight, so then you'd have a weapon to beat the mugger's ass with.

Hey guys, would you agree with me that Frank, the police inspector, had checked out Olli and was referring to him when he made the analogy of the pulse watch and said to Christian, "pretty remarkable speciman, your pulse watch. You don't find those very often. I'd take good care of it..if you ask me." This he said after gazing at Olli and noticing that Christian hurt Olli's feelings. In other words, take care of Olli and go apologize, which Christian picked up on. I'm getting worried!
now if Christian does anything stupid again and hurts Olli , i'll fry his fucking ass . Olli treats C the way somebody treats something precious ... and C has to be careful about the way he talks and acts..

He recently said he likes his gray hair, OK fine, but he should let it grow, maybe for a little while, and shave his stubble so we can just gazed at that exquisite face! Either way he's FINE, but I miss the longer hair (prefer the black) and clean shaven because his eyes stood out MORE! He's still exquisite!

I now know they have the changed th actress who plays Kim but can anyone tell me why? Just my opinion but I liked the first Kim as she looked like a teenager and looked like Becky's sister. VL have a history of changing actors, Hagen, Sebastian. You wouldn't be able to do this here only if the character goes away for many years but not why they are still on screen

I realize they can't really make love, too soon due to Christian's heart, but remember their slow but passionate make out scene involving the strawberry? That was passionate and a real kiss between them and hopefully we'll see that again. Lately, their kisses are like drive bys and missing the mark. I don't know if this is scripted or simply them missing the mark, but it wasn't like this before - before they actually kissed!
now i don't see kisses but rather a slight contact between their lips as if they're forced to kiss. the strawberry kiss was one of the fewest real kisses between Olli and C .
Damn , i want something like that again ... otherwise , i'll go back to QAF where i can console myself with some real passionate kisses :p
@mibelloaleman Take a moment and imagine the tenderness and love expressed in private, at night, before sleep or in the morning when they first wake up. The show does leave big pieces of the day to the imagination. Something I find appealling. I think there will be more passion on screen, but I think we may be seeing the beginning of some adult storylines....

Scene 8:03 that dude is fine, I wouldn't mind him bumping into me. LOL! Boy they can come up w/the stupidest exercise ever, I've never heard of Nordic walking before. Brisk walking I've heard of but Nordic never. AWZ and VL has become boring of late, but its always has been for quite some time, but now and then I've seen Olli and Christian kiss. I guess VL writers don't want to hear any more complains about them be "TOO PERFECT," so they tone down the smooching.
For a moment I thought writers would start to make them fight again and have them apart..hope they dont or else I'll do nordic walking over their sorry butts. >.<

The one thing I really love about Christian and Oliver is that they are written in a very realistic way. Their story has never centered on them being gay, but always on them as a couple in a relationship and trying to make it work. Gay or straight, I think everyone can relate to them, and that's what makes them so popular. Thore and Jo are amazing as actors, they bring the page to the stage, and they've never disappointed. Okay, I just had to get that out, lol!!

@tutter555 It was not a heart attack - it was a panic attack, which can be caused by anything. In this case, it is probably the accumulation of stress over what had happened over the past few days, including the coronary and the realization of the limitations going forward. Once he feels he has control of his life again, the chance of a panic attach will be minimal and then, well............... back in business

Danke VL and May. Chris finally has a "new Gregor" to call him on his behavior, Jessica is back to her greedy self centered self, and the writers are addressing a life changing health condition in a realistic way. My partner is facing some of the same challenges for a different reason and I do my best to support without smothering.

...about scarfs, colors and so on...wardrobe is probably a matter of business at stake; brands and stuff, so our guys probably must wear most of what wardrobe suggests... it would be fun to know what they have refused to wear lol! Chris/Thore really wears blue great as we all know, and I think Olli/Jo looks great in purple and green. Shallowness aside, they both are really beautiful souls giving their all to portray this unique and world famous love story.

@tina30stm No, it's not you! Olli (Jo) looks WAY better without those stupid scarfs, particularly since he has a very masculine, macho face and doesn't need any silly scarfs. Yes, I too am in love with Jo's eyes, so much so that I think about him everyday. What you observed at 10:44 is the lust, passion and love Olli feels for Christian, and the gratitude I'm sure he feels that his beloved is alive. His lust is so palpable that my monitor is melting! I was thinking the exact thing - his passionate make out with Olli will not kill him. It may race his pulse, his heart rate, but it will not kill him and the writers need to see what the bulk of the fans here have been saying pretty loudly - they want more passion between these 2 reunited lovers! @danylilly1 Well I agree, and many agree with you. Of course there are people who don't see what you see, and I think good for them because they find what they're watching fulfilling. However, for the major minority of us, it is becoming a bit of an issue. Why don't you post your concerns on Thore's facebook page? I think I'll do that. If it is constructive "encouraging" feed back, with "lots of praise, lots and lots", I think he'd appreciate it, if he reads his site (I think he might...?) :)

@coldmemories1 On the contrary, it's a typical gay soap: nonerotic, any trace of passion or affection is just implicit in the dialogue, ironically the most romantic lines always go to Christian whose physical interest in Olli is NIL.
It's sad because they've lost precisely what made them so especial and so believable.
I'll stay enjoying their friendship anyways, as long as they never hurt each other again. Somehow they'd better be funny, real mates instead of fake, forced lovers.

They are too busy watching for any slip or mistake to enjoy the beauty of these episodes. Episode 157 where they spent the night in the hospital together may not have been as hot as the strawberry scene but it was just as beautiful, if not more! Then they do get a hot scene and it is criticized as well!

Overall, I enjoyed this episode. I do wish that Chris would show his old emotional vulnerability toward Oliver as he has in the past. But I did enjoy their domestication--it was happy.

@WraithCake8 You didn't see it when he was trying desperately to get Olli back, the pain in his eyes watching him with Rafael? That was only a couple of weeks ago and I saw it more then than I have in their entire relationship. He needed no words, everything was in his face. His vulnerability in those episodes was what made it actually painful for me to watch. He doesn't show the same kind now because he has Olli back but we see it every day with his adjustment to his new lifestyle.

@everettb100 Although I do think the chemistry is missing, coming from Christian it seems like he's constantly holding back (not the case with Oliver who wants to each Chris up). As I've said before, I am completely fine without there being any sex scenes. This is my opinion, and based on the number of people who have enjoyed these last few episodes, the erotic scenes are not necessary for creating a good romantic story.

I think it's interesting that a number of posters have thought the inspector was checking out Chris or Oli. It's a point of view for sure! Personally, I think that might be a little obvious: every attractive male Chris or Oli come across can't be considered possible dating material, otherwise that would be a negative stereotype: gay men will go for any guy. Though considering Jessica's presence, I suppose anything is possible here. What I think is, he'll be more like a Gregor character to Chris.

First, thanks May for all your hard job; second I can't believe there's someone who saw malice in Frank's attitude at NL. He was clearly referring to O because he understood C hurt his feelings and asking about the next day just because he wanted to know if C had resolved all his doubts about the Nordic walking. They don't kiss in this episode but in the one aired on Friday, you can see they don't have problems to do that.I'd like people don't see problems where problems are NOT. Enjoy the show!

Stunned at Jessica's selfishness taking the step machine away from a man who's had a heart attack and trying to exercise because he wouldn't pay for it. And no it wasn't at all funny. Hopefully Olli will wake up to the fact that his BFF is an unrepentant bitch and he'll finally boot her out of the flatshare. Loved the breakfast scene at the end where Christian took responsibility for his condition and Olli admitted he'd over reacted. Shows how much they've both grown.

@graziellaoresco Initially, I thought the same thing, and maybe that's what is going to occur, but if you go back to the scene and listen (read) to what Frank was saying, he was staring at Olli's direction and the analogy was in reference to Olli - in other words, if I had him I be more careful and I would take care of him. But I agree with you, that he also did appeared to be interested in Christian, pariticulary when he asked him if he'll see Christian the next day. Ah well, I guess we'll see!

Before, it seemed natural, which is what I believe us fans loved because it appeared BELIEVABLE! Now it's like little pecks, like they're kissing their aunt, with the exception of the scene in the couch where it looked like the old Chrolli. I'm glad I'm not the only one noticing this. I know if my lover came back to me from the dead, I would love him, albeit gently!

Man, all thos Nordic walking is very amusing all it looks like is a walking version of skiing, including the sticks. not sure why they need those ridiculous stick, but they would come in handy if someone tried to mug you in broad daylight, so then you'd have a weapon to beat the mugger's ass with.
other than that, and wishing Dr. Daniel Fritsche would go Bisexual and start hooking up with Emilio, I loved this episode. Chrolli are back to being their sweet selves again! I love it!

Hey guys, would you agree with me that Frank, the police inspector, had checked out Olli and was referring to him when he made the analogy of the pulse watch and said to Christian, "pretty remarkable speciman, your pulse watch. You don't find those very often. I'd take good care of it..if you ask me." This he said after gazing at Olli and noticing that Christian hurt Olli's feelings. In other words, take care of Olli and go apologize, which Christian picked up on. I'm getting worried!

'Geez, I stand corrected. Chrisitan's Nordic walk coach is Frank, not Klauss. Like I said before, I hope he doesn't develop a crush on Christian.
even if he did, Chrisitan wouldn't go for him anyway. for that to happen, the show would have to write Christian as interested in other men besides Olli and Olli is the only man Christian has ever been interested in.

@Iclabon72 I'm glad that you agree with what I was thinking, that is, that Jo, beautiful Jo should let his hair grow and shave his stubble because he will look younger. He recently said he likes his gray hair, OK fine, but he should let it grow, maybe for a little while, and shave his stubble so we can just gazed at that exquisite face! Either way he's FINE, but I miss the longer hair (prefer the black) and clean shaven because his eyes stood out MORE! He's still exquisite!

is it just me, or does anyone else have the feeling that Klauss is going to develop a thing for Christian? I wouldn't blame him if he did. Christian is pretty sexy.
But still, I really don't want to see another cheating storyline so soon after Chrolli went through so much hell in the last one and are finally in the good place again.
Let's just hope Klauss becomes a good friend to Christian and nothing more.
But I have to remember that this is ia soap opera, so anything is possible.

I now know they have the changed th actress who plays Kim but can anyone tell me why? Just my opinion but I liked the first Kim as she looked like a teenager and looked like Becky's sister. VL have a history of changing actors, Hagen, Sebastian. You wouldn't be able to do this here only if the character goes away for many years but not why they are still on screen

@coldmemories1 My thoughts EXACTLY! It lacks the passion from before. I realize they can't really make love, too soon due to Christian's heart, but remember their slow but passionate make out scene involving the strawberry? That was passionate and a real kiss between them and hopefully we'll see that again. Lately, their kisses are like drive bys and missing the mark. I don't know if this is scripted or simply them missing the mark, but it wasn't like this before - before they actually kissed!

now i don't see kisses but rather a slight contact between their lips as if they're forced to kiss. the strawberry kiss was one of the fewest real kisses between Olli and C .
Damn , i want something like that again ... otherwise , i'll go back to QAF where i can console myself with some real passionate kisses :p

The show does leave big pieces of the day to the imagination. Something I find appealling. I think there will be more passion on screen, but I think we may be seeing the beginning of some adult storylines....

where i´m living, nordic walk isn´t stupid, and definitely not just for old / sick people. someone should show to christian how you do the walking and how you keep the sticks ;-) and in his case, to take it with humor. lovely breakfast scene. thank you may! we really appreciate all your work and your commitment.

Scene 8:03 that dude is fine, I wouldn't mind him bumping into me. LOL! Boy they can come up w/the stupidest exercise ever, I've never heard of Nordic walking before. Brisk walking I've heard of but Nordic never. AWZ and VL has become boring of late, but its always has been for quite some time, but now and then I've seen Olli and Christian kiss. I guess VL writers don't want to hear any more complains about them be "TOO PERFECT," so they tone down the smooching.

Christian can be such a douche, and then make the most adorably sheepish faces. It's like you can't help but put up with his moods and bullshit, because he'll be sorry soon enough and give you one of those smiles, and you'll just want to love him forever...

The one thing I really love about Christian and Oliver is that they are written in a very realistic way. Their story has never centered on them being gay, but always on them as a couple in a relationship and trying to make it work. Gay or straight, I think everyone can relate to them, and that's what makes them so popular. Thore and Jo are amazing as actors, they bring the page to the stage, and they've never disappointed. Okay, I just had to get that out, lol!!

Awww..I loved this ep. I prefer Chrolli in sitcom mode instead of senseless drama so far. That NW is beyond amusement. ROFL.
But.. the fly in the ointment couldn't miss, really, they're trying to say that Jessica is fitness? Good joke! She would be the worst ad for an exercise machine.ROFL.
