How does it shift power to ordinarystudents when 99.99% of students wouldn't have an opportunity to attend the Zone conferences to have the chance to tell the relevance VP what they want? Can these small unelected conferences really be a more democratic way of discussing any issue that an annual conference made up of elected delegates?
