This mission was so easy, played it today for the first time and got Silent Assassin on the second try (normal difficulty though)

I ran over the street, got the SVD when the guard wasn't around, casually walked into the sewers (it's funny how the guards don't notice a rifle almost as long as you're tall in the middle of the day), dropped the rifle before the exit, anasthesised the guard below the tower, went back for the rifle, got on the tower and somehow killed both targets in a single shot :D

i also like the fact that bebbe92 walked into the park with just a knife as a weapon and waited for the two targets to appear and then proceed to stab them to death and then casually walk back out of the park and complete the mission.

try this: run across from the dock b4 the guard comes, shoot him or subdue, him take him behind the trash and take clothes. WALK to the area where the dignitaries meet, b4 them. using the ballers wait till they hug and shoot. then run away. you should be right next to them since the ballers spreads a bit. then shoot your way out. not too hard

i went to the tower, put the tower guard to sleep and used the rifle... and killed two targets with one bullet... yes it is possible in a second. then made all the way back to the boat... lol

The way I did it is grab both bombs then wait until that guy leaves.Go into the sewers and plant one on the bottom of the car over the sewer entrance.Then went to where the other car is and waited for the driver used anesthetic on him took his close planted other bomb went back changed clothes then went all the way back to the first sewer went by boat and boom they both die.Easy.

I tried that...unfortunately the explosion kills people by accident sometimes and definitely raises the alarm unless you time your run back to the boat perfectly. but yeah an easy silent assasin, no perfect 0s though

I usually waited till they greeted, and snipered through both of them from the tower over the bridge, from there you just need to keep your head down.

This was interesting. For some reason I could never kill anyone by swinging a knife from the front of them. In this stage, I usually head straight for the sewers without being seen, then I plant a car bomb on the first limo, which has stopped right over the opening to the streets, and then sedate the limo driver of the 2nd limo, use his clothes to get into the limo and car bomb that one also.

in the church there is a guard in da top... after u kill him and the targets.. +- 20 guys r gonna follow u in da church and u will have 2 kill them all!then u run... and.... kill everybody!! and then go away

That is EASY! fiber wire a guard or Drug them down, then steal their stuff, Shoot a bullet somewhere, whilst they are distracted (Make sure you bring no weps to this level)

Get the smoke bomb *Check map for item pick up, its in the locker room keep opening lockers to find it* then put it in luandry shoot, fire doors open, get a fireman suit from fire department in the tower, and go down there *Avoid guards XD* dodge the crisps in the guys room, fiber wire, blow up Pc go in elevator, WALAH! :)

The anesthetic in this game sucks. The Syringes in Contracts and Blood Money were far more effective.

I did sniped them from radio tower. But this way I had to kill a guard guarding the tower. (oh well, next time i will use anaesthetics).

I think there is also another way. By planting a bomb underneath a car or something. But this way is much better. And quicker too. I still find it weird though that a guy can stab two people in the middle of an open area surrounded by armed guards and not get shot.
