About the video card. I think better go with HD4670 because 9500GT isnt the best card out there and even after overclocking you cant really get so good framerates.

HD 4670 and choose the IceQ version higher clocks and VERY GOOD OC capabilties and up to 1 gb of ddr3,so when a game uses large and high res textures your 1 gb memory will be brought to it's potential also good at higher res

It should go with higher res than 12xx by 720 it should maybe go even with 1680x1050, try to OC both you CPU to 3.0 and your GPU a bit or buy a new one if you dont have much of cash go for 5770 or 5750,4770 or in the worst case even 4670 with IceQ

I use ZD soft as a screen recorder as it doesn't lagg as much as fraps and doesn't take so much resources and it's free ;)

try to skip AA and AF and you will be fine your dual core will give you a bit of boost in compare to other laptops :) and lower the res the better how much vram does your 7300 have if it has low try to lower the texture/terrain options if there are any or ambient/postprocessing options

it does not work like that, although there may be weapons with the same skin the stats of the gun along damage type will be different, even the ones you buy. i hope that clears it up a bit.
