@xEissHD If you do that twice you basically just gave the fight away. Also if you take a knee, that lets the other fighter know you need time and like a shark smelling blood they swarm you. It makes things worse. Also boxing training is often more vigorous than mma training. Not that it matters. I like both but no one is "better" than the other. They bring different things to the table. Anyway , just saying and have a happy new year.

Nice video. but 2 problems. First of all, Im the biggest boxing fan in the world. Those were some good KO's. But the problem is this: If thats your Top 10 KO's OF ALL Time, than your list sucks ass. Second: I love a good Body Shot KO, but dont you kind of over use it. The Hopkins-De La Hoya one was good, But u shouldve left out the Jones Jr. and Gatti body shots out.
