To stop the shitty flying get rid of your home made landing gear and balance the props. this wil make it fly alot better. Also get the gyro (roll) turned down because it looked like it was causing the quadcopter to roll around allot

Not a bad flight. It took me a while to get the hang of it with my first quad using the V1 of the HK KK board. If you're not using the KK 4.7 firmware, you may want to re-flash the board wih it as it gives better control than the standard frimware that comes with the HK HH board. Always ensure that the motors and props are balanced. You may also want to try and adj the roll gyro down a bit as it seems the quad is wiggling a little too much. Have you tried smaller pros? @rcjoseb thx! I dont know what FW I have its stock V1 board. I will get ISP programmer soon and reflash it. But as I heard 4.7 doesnt support stick centering which could be useful (as with my problem where motor4 would start later then others). I didnt check props for balance. To be honest some motors vibrate. What is worse than that is that 2 motors have wobbling shafts :( I do have 9x5 props. Why would they be better? I mean how do you choose the right prop size? I will test them after repair.

@shebotnov The lower the pitch the slower the reaction time of the prop and will facilitate stability, 3.8 or 4.7 pitch are the best as they are slowfly props but you have to consider the AUW of the quad vs how much thrust you can get. If the motor shafts wobble that's going to create alot of issues with the quad. I had the same issue on my DT750's. What I did was straigten them out with pliers and then cut them down so that the tip is just above the prop. I use prop savers
