Greg is 100% correct in stating that the courts are falsifying documents and making false claims against the parents that go through these court rooms. I have never seen anything like it in my life. I dont understand how any judge can sit and preside in a court room full of lies and allow this to go on. I think the judges themselves are mentally ill and need to be assessed. Is it true that the Jewish Federation of South Florida is running this show? That would explain everything.

Hello Greg! I have not seen you in a few years. I hate these bastards for what they did to our family as well. Little 23 year old case workers that have never had a child making desicions nad ripping apart loving families all for $36,000 adpotion fee's. Let me tell you something. I have since talked to two former case workers whom quit there jobs because they told me that DCF is NOT doing what they are suppose to, to reunite families. It's all about the massive amounts of money being made.

No i have not, The case is going into permanate gaurdianship. I will agree with greg. My children have been removed from my custody(temp) since May 08. I live in santa rosa county florida, and the family court system, caseworkers who write down anything that comes out of your mouth, isn't no better...ive been fighting since jan 08 (what a way to start a new year) with family court, now my lawyer tells me that as long as im with my boyfriend ( the father) who i love. I won't get my kids back. I think it is Bullshit. We has one minor argument.

One more thing for you persons that think an Attorney can do anything for you: Forget it. SCC and the Judges dictate a case plan and you will never even get an evidenceuary hearing as to any charges. This is not a court system that follows the normal rights a person has under criminal or civil jurisprudence. Family court has it's own set of guidelines and it is there way or they take your children and place them in foster care. Simple as that

Who runs DCF in Pinellas County? Gulfcoast Jewish Family Service, aka Safe Children Coalition (ha ha, safe-yah, right!). And the story in the paper doesn't claim he lived in the woods and if your so smart you would realize that signing the case plan is an admission to guilt that would stay on record for life. This dog was a wolf hybred owned by his sister. He, and his family, lived in his car in the woods in central florida. he was arrested in MI for beating his wife.  He (allegedly) told family members that he raped Melissa to get her pregnet.

Well, he had two attorneys. The first one was paid for by his mother-in-law and his advice was to just do the state ordered plan. Greg didn't like that so he fired him. The second attorney also suggested just going along with the plan. Greg fired her. Later she was killed by her ex-boyfriend. Greg said she got what she deserved. Greg's a good chirtian, eh?

If my attorney told me to sign a case plan when I was not guilty of the alleged crimes, I would not sign them either.

That is DCF's goal. To take your children, collect $5000.00 per month per child and get you to do a case plan for 1yr until your child falls off her bike and they take them again for "probable cause" to make you start all over. Mean while collecting thousands of dollars off of you.
