I jumped into a random server. I have no links. The server automatically downloaded the mod. You could easily do a server search yourself and find one running this mod.

I can't remember the IP of the server. If you watch the beginning of the video, there is a website name that the server is associated with on the in game welcome screen. I'm sure going there will help you find the IP.
