I aced this level (no deaths), took me a couple of tries though. I love LBP, with this new MGS level pack I love it even more.

little big planet lets you get everything they use to make the levels, mgs4 is no different, if you can't get it in that level then it's probably in one of the others.

i've seen it in a user level, it's called "satellite canon"

the person who had it called it the satellite canon and it was in their level so....

maybe the game doesn't give it to you in one piece and you have to build it out of the parts it does.

it's basically an emitter that drops bombs anyway.

then again "all items" isn't necessarily all items, it doesn't include the stuff you get for completing the level without a death.

the canon was in a bomb level and would occasionally carve gaping holes into the ground below it.

that level didn't have a rex in it but it did have a notification at the start saying that i wouldn't get prizes from it because i didn't have the pack those prizes came in at the time, the mgs pack.
