When I'm recording a playthrough, I need my parents to be out of the house, a guaranteed few hours at least, decent weather conditions and the motivation and/or inspiration to do so. NONE of these things have been consistently present over the last YEAR. I did my RE4 playthrough during school holidays and I did Portal soon before school was going to start up again the next year.

They tend to intervene a lot. My father needs to go into the same room that the computer is in to get some equipment for work. None of it can be moved and he gets calls to go to work fairly often. That's what killed the recordings in the earlier months.

No, the Suplex replaces the Kick on the later enemies.

Leon will only do the Kick on Ganados and the Suplex on Zealots and Militia. You'll be fighting town Ganados later on in the game, Leon goes back to doing the Kick on them for some reason.

It does make my thumb hurt every time I do it, but I''m generally OK after a few minutes.

It's pretty cool when a quicktime event of that magnitude is introduced, but a two-minute break to at least rest my thumb would have been nice.

I just find the part a waste it would have been cooler if you had to fight it insted of running from it so I dont bother with it and just use the turbo also the first time I did it I hit the buton so fast and hard I broke it half way through and died.
