You are misstaken. I dont think anyone doubts that there were shootings and that people got shot. The official police investigation states that at least 11 people got hit - 4 of them in upper body. The investigation notes the one hand grip of the guns (seen in the video) which is against police protocoll .

The debate is reguarding if it was necesary to shoot into a crowd and who gave the order.

11 was shot with 9 having to be hospitalized. 115 police was injured in various degrees and of those 24 was hit by stones or iron bars.

Warnings was given before shooting and also warning shoots.

As for shooting with one hand it was the only option. One hand on the shield for protection and one for the gun.

The official investigation concluded that the police made several critical missjudgements which aggrevated the situation, the exessive use of teargas, the miscalcualtion of the crowds size etc. Everyone knows that its illegal and dangerous to throw stones but the answer is not to give the police free hands without having to answer for it. The scandinavian tradition of police-immunity has to end.
