@iceninekills1234 your mistaken dude. it IS played on the toms, check out the official music video, or numerous live videos if you must. and also, its not constant 16ths either. again, go to the music video or live videos and listen to sound of the bass. from what i can hear, its certainly not constant 16ths...

@famouskraze01 hard to explain lol, mixture of 'extra' 8th and 16th notes on the snare in between the standard 1,2,3,4 hi hat groove. and also some quick doubles on the bass too! best just to listen/watch and try and copy it, and sound it out until you get it right, thats what i done lol :)

@almostSid666 i honestly dont know how to explain it better lol. what you could do though, is get a program called audacity, and slow the track right down, which you can do through audacity. should be able to pick it up note by note if you slow it down :)

erm thats a hard question....

tbh i dont think i practiced that much in the beginning i would just pop on the kit when the mood took me.

it could be everyday, every second day or even every second week. and when i did play it wasn't for long anywhere from 10-30 mins a day.

its only the past year or so that i really got into playing them and try to pratice everyday, which still doesnt happen all the time haha.

i recorded each angle seperately and then edited them together whilst editing the video.

windows movie maker, sony vegas etc etc i am sure all have the capability of doing that :)

that was how.....

record each angle, with one or 2 cameras.

then when your editing your video, instead of just putting the one angle in, put them both in. match them up and then add the music.

as for the timing... there really is no issues with my time keeping its just syncing up the audio track with the video that makes it seem that way.

if you have another listen you'll notice the mp3(track) slightly ahead in the start then graudally getting into sync and then gradually getting worse again to where the drums are ahead of the track towards the end of the video.

pretty much the same with everyone of my videos, i'm pretty useless when it comes to editing haha.

forgot to add, if you check my newest video - TDWP - Dez moines you will notice a huge improvement in regards to the syncing.

thats just with splitting the track a few times by fractions of a second.

i can assure you my time keeping isn't actually bad, i do infact play along with a metronome lol.
