  • Proly social

  • I have mild anxiety shaking etc sweating it affects my work life

  • Would having anxity about not wanting to eat in front of people be part of social anxity?

  • What would you call it if you discarded coming responsibilities from your mind to avoid anxiety? Just clearing out your mind, or finding things to occupy yourself with to avoid worrying (always).

  • Wait so u could have social phobia without having panic attacks during social situations?

  • the Doc is nervous!

  • I have a quesion...can you have social anxiety disorder bit get anxiety or panic attacks?

  • @pmgintheflesh i think u can, i have social anxiety and without relising that drag me to alcoholism which led me to severe depression so i have the 3 of them and life is not easy like that... i wonder how i am still standing...

  • @karioka2 - Find the book, "You Can Heal Your Life" by Louise Hay. From the tone of your post it doesn't actually sound like you're ready to not have those issues but when you do get to the point where you've had enough with the unhappiness then go and find that book. It could be the first step in getting better. It did wonders for me. I no longer drink, take any sort of drugs or medicines (only for headaches and herbal tablets for sleeping) and exercise regularly.

  • Accurate video, very clear.

  • that doctor is beautiful

  • This video is very informative. Dr. Hinda seems so nice, and she was well read about everything. Her confidence just gave me confidence to write my exam!

  • amazing!

  • wonderful info! anyone who suffers from generalised anxiety disorder will tell you its a ride in hell. it consumes every hour of your day and sometimes night with intrusive worrying thoughts, rational or not but often 100x magnified and out of place. and you just cant shake it off, theres no safe place it feels.

  • There is a soothing kindness and warmth about the both of you. I have a family member who has suffered from severe clinical depression and anxiety disorder and recently the diagnosis was changed to bipolar disorder. Now, Electro Convulsive Therapy has been suggested because the meds have not been effective. What are the dangers and side effects of ECT?

  • I still have clear memories of 2003 everyday constantly it runs through my mind every single day I think about it til I fall asleep-

  • Your videos are great. You both are very soothing, comforting & reassuring. I feel better as a person who suffers from anxiety and depression. Thank you :)

  • @satellitedreams80

I was just about to say, i certainly agree with you. They are both very gentle and soothing. The interview and information was great.

  • this was beneficial to me.. I think I need to go see a doctor, because it explains what has been going on with me..

  • I think it's great that awareness of mental illness is spreading. People should never feel ashamed to seek help. Especially due to a fear of ridicule based on unfounded assumptions made by the ignorant (stigmas).

  • The host looks like she's uninterested but she's pretending to be. It makes me laugh aha. But this is good information.

  • Good Doctors make the difference every time.

  • I think this video gives a very good synopsis of anxiety disorders. I think that this video could be very helpful to someone looking for information on these subjects or if even if they are experiencing some of these disorders.
