it's a 512 mb card yeh? well it's a shame you have a p4 still, despite it being 3ghz they recommend either dual core or core 2 duo. But i don't see why it won't run ok on yours. ram is pretty good... are you using xp or vista, you'd be better off with xp for this

it definitely should i'm guessing your ram is either ddr2 or ddr3? obviously ddr3 would be preferable... what speed is your quad; i have the (relatively old) q6600 at 2.4 gHz. Your graphics card isn't too bad... perhaps a 9800 GTX, or if you want to max out go for 9800 GX2, but it costs around 500 so not worth it.
