Nice... i picked me up one too.. waited 2 hours outside AT&T... lol... i thought it was just me who still used only web apps for IMing rather then the new aim app... seems like the SDK made thinks alittle limiting... cuz the AIM app has actually less features then the web apps such as... landscape mode, ability to click links people send in IMs, signing off, and use with multiple accounts... so until push notification comes out its no point getting the Aim app.

No official w0rd yet on unlocking or jailbreaking the iPhone 3G. But you could just get the iTouch and upgrade the software so that you can access the App Store. You just wouldn't get the fancy GPS and phone capabilities.

The base model is 8gb. But they also have 16gb black and white models. And I was wrong about jailbreaking and unlocking. The iPhone 3G has been both jailbroken and unlocked.

i don't think the screensaver would be practical sense the iphone auto-locks after 1min in order to save battery life. As for custom ringtones - you need a special program. I'll try to do a video on that
