Why are the jumps so slow? They seem even slower than the rest of the movement.

@hotqueekboi It's typical Halo jumping. I can't find a proper way to double the gravity.

In Halo, the movement becomes really unstable at high speeds, and strafing happens way too slow.

Doomguy would win...Master Chief is bound by that nasty "reality", chains which make him move more slowly, and not capable of carrying as many weapons or ammo while moving at that speed.

man, how did you do it?

I used 3ds max to create the level, exported as a jms file, compiled it into the Halo map format, and put all the resources in a .map file.

The only real problem I have with this map is the lighting. Some areas aren't as dark as they should be.

The lightmap for this is a single white pixel. I haven't spent time working on the lightmaps at all, that's why this is a single light level.

Indeed I made it. That's the same Sky texture, just not tiled as much. This is just at the testing stage right now.
