    oh 90's....

  • I am eighteen. It amazes me how I still adore this show ♥

  • @axzxh i know right!!!

  • As we know on this episode and the episode "All Over and Under", Loonette ALMOST believed in the Dustbunnies.

  • wat is mirthday

  • Mirthday is kind of like a birthday, but that's a clown thing that every clown in Clowntown calls it. The word "mirthday" was never mentioned in the Season 1 episode, "Pinch to Grow an Inch", because that's a classic episode. In the later seasons, which are 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7, they changed "birthday" into "mirthday".

  • I remember this episode. I saw it once at my old school in Florida.

this show is still AWESOME! :)

  • this used to be my favorite show when I was younger. I remember I had a molly doll, with thinking bubbles and everything !, and then my neighbour stole it through the fence claiming it was hers, and then my mom finally got it back for me, and my neighbour fed the think bubbles to her dog =(

She goes to my school now as a freshman..... and I have never forgave her. infact, I STILL glare every time I walk by and mutter "she stole my molly doll"

  • molly so cute

  • Finally, Loonette discovers a dustbunny! Now she knows they DO exist!

  • About time Loonette got proven wrong

  • woah, this is so weird, i used to love this show...i finally found it on youtube!! woo-hoo haaha brings back some weird memories

  • Woah..I just noticed something: The Clock Rug Stretch music is a little faster than normal.

  • And it's played at a smaller pitch, too.

  • *Lower pitch, sorry.

Also, Loonette finally discovers that dustbunnies exist (I believe she's holding one in her hand while helping Molly put on the pinafore).

  • I know. I posted a comment saying why is the music sped up. It's so weird.

  • yes

  • I can't remember the month, but the show debuted in 1992, and yes, Pie in the Sky was the series premiere.

  • Actually it was in 1993

  • Hmm..well, all the Season 1 shows have as a copyright, "Radical Sheep Productions, MCMXCII" (1992 in Roman numerals).

Season 2 they started using Big Comfy Corp.

  • Yeah, but Pie in the Sky aired on March 2, 1993. Look it up on Wikipedia.

  • KIK ASS VID. 5 STARS

  • i used to LOOOOVVVVEEEEE this show wen i wuz little!!!

  • loonete sunds like claire redfield from resident evil games i heard that loonete is played by alyson court

  • That's because Alyson Court IS the voice of Clair Redfield in Resident Evil. Alyson played Loonette from 1993 till 2006. Ramona Darling took over the role of Loonette in 2006 and has played the role ever since.

  • darn you chunky naw i am watching this crud

  • i didnt know tat this was a canadian show

  • I am not sure when it was filmed, but it did air on March 2, 1993.

  • Comment removed

  • @chunky37 Season 1 was filmed in 1992

  • oh!!! ok cool

  • thank you!!! how do you know all of this????

  • Hahaha, I have a thing for trivia!!!

  • how old is loonette, or was she when this show was on tv

  • She started when she was 18. She's in her late 30's now.

  • Loonette (Alyson Court) started when she is 19, now she is 35

  • hey watch your Language

  • when i was little i used to watch this show everyyyday!! it was the BEST show ever!

  • i used to loooove this show. id get on the floor and do the clock rug thingy lol i still have my molly doll haha

  • Why is the Clock Rug music sped up?

  • I don't know for sure. They probably had to fit the episode into the time slot provided and had to shorten the episode somewhere, so they chose to shorten the clock rug stretch.

  • thats true

  • Fuzzy and Wuzzy!

too cute and too funny :]

    I love this show.

  • No problem

  • Hi 1985jon,

This episode was filmed early 1996 - Back when they still had the original Loonette.

  • It's Birthday not Mirthday.

  • it actually is mirthday....

  • Um..it IS Mirthday..that's the word they use on the show.

  • Granny Garbanzo is holding a surprise party for Major Bedhead's Mirthday. Everyone has to keep it a secret, including Loonette, who finds it a challenge. but she also learns that there are certain secrets you can't keep.

  • You need to stop doing this. I do not want to have to block you.

    Thanks

  • Same here. Chunky37. Twice.

  • That goes for me too.

  • The 1st version of the clock rug stretch seems a bit ridicurous....

    I think.

  • She was much better with the second version. This is the second version, but they sped it up and changed the pitch of the music. Perhaps for a time slot constraint.

  • I dunno

  • hey is it still on?

  • Ya in some areas, Check your local PBS station.

  • What episodes did this version appear in?
