For those of you who didn't do the math on the last post...$6500/acre comes out to $12,480,000. for the two ranches. We are willing to do a little better than that and round it down. And by the way, since this video was made, it's rained, you should see it now...it's unbelievably even more gorgeous!!!

Since this is my very 1st video attempt...I welcome everyone's responses. I know it's "amatuer", but it was mostly just sentimental value for me, since we're selling this ranch. Anyway, like the video itself shows, I just have fun doing this stuff, but I'd like to get better at it.

That place is beautiful! Let's see, if I was older than 18, I had money, and a horse then I would buy that place in a heartbeat...but I can't.
