  • I was wondering if this the same Twisselman ranch thats just outside Taft, California. I use to go to school with a Susan Twisselman at Taft Jr. College. I am from the northeast (Rhode Island). If so tell her David Antonelli says hello.

  • You have to sell? How long your family's been living there?

By the way, the mountains everywhere are empty in SoCal. Where'd all the cattle go?

  • That place is beautiful! Let's see, if I was older than 18, I had money, and a horse then I would buy that place in a heartbeat...but I can't.

  • If I had the money I would buy it RIGHT NOW!! Is it sold yet?

  • This is my dream life. Awesome job on the video. You make it look like life there is an epic adventure.

  • @kiwigtp3

Hi! No, it's not sold yet and as a matter of fact we've lowered the price a little in hopes that it would be more affordable in our current economic times. And Yes, this is a great, fun piece of property. It could be used for many different types of ideas or businesses:Animal grazing, Avacado or Fruit Orchards, Vineyards, Organic or Natural Farming-VIRGIN SOIL for over 100 years. We will sell on "time" or help "finance". IT'S BEAUTIFUL! CALL IF YOU'D LIKE TO WORK OUT A PLAN. CATHIE

  • For those of you who didn't do the math on the last post...$6500/acre comes out to $12,480,000. for the two ranches. We are willing to do a little better than that and round it down. And by the way, since this video was made, it's rained, you should see it now...it's unbelievably even more gorgeous!!!

  • We are resending this video for your viewing pleasure. Although we prefer not to sell this gorgeous ranch...we must . So se we have opted to reduce the price seen on this video to $6500. per acre for those who MAY be interested.

  • Since this is my very 1st video attempt...I welcome everyone's responses. I know it's "amatuer", but it was mostly just sentimental value for me, since we're selling this ranch. Anyway, like the video itself shows, I just have fun doing this stuff, but I'd like to get better at it.
